And you know what that means?! Loads of new holiday treats for us to enjoy! While some of the new treats are available to enjoy ALL day in Magic Kingdom, others are exclusive to the party.
Get ready to deck the halls because we’re live from the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party of the season!

Entertainment, characters, merchandise, and snacks abound — and you know we’re sharing it all with you! We’ve eaten our way through a few snacks (and are on our way to trying them all!), but now it’s time to check out a sweet treat over on Main Street, U.S.A.!
Disney’s most recent quarterly earnings report yielded some interesting statistics, such as exactly how much Hurricane Ian cost the company and how the recent revenue totals compare to years previous. Although many of the things we learned were about Disney’s past fourth quarter in 2022, we also learned about some potential future directions for The Walt Disney Company.

Disney CEO Bob Chapek and CFO Christine McCarthy participated in a question-and-answer session during the earnings call. During that session, they were asked about the potential impacts of a recession on the Disney company. The decorations are up around the parks, the gingerbread houses are sprinkled throughout the resorts, and now all of the new holiday treats are rolling out around the parks and hotels! It truly is the most wonderful time of the year.

We know what you’re thinking — “um, it’s only November” and you are totally right, however Disney just loves to start celebrating early. We’ve already seen decorations go up in the parks, and tonight is the very first night of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party since 2019! So, come along with us to try out a new festive treat.
When you think of the holidays in Disney World, what comes to mind?

Is it the massive trees around the parks and hotels? Is it the snoap falling on Main Street? Or is it over-the-top treats that taste like peppermint and chocolate? For us, it’s all of the above!!

New decor!
Disney World is, of course, decked out for the occasion with massive trees, gingerbread houses, and treats. Speaking of treats, we know that many of our readers are diehard fans of the Lunch Box Tarts from Woody’s Lunch Box. If you are one of those people, then you’ve got to keep reading because a NEW one was just released in the parks.
The last few years have been unusual for The Walt Disney Company, as they have been for many companies worldwide. As Disney continues to work on recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic closures, it has also been navigating the growth of Disney+ and other streaming platforms along with the launch of a new cruise ship and many changes to the Disney parks.
