We know, we know. It’s summer! Why are we already talking about the fall? Well, Disney World tends to get its seasons early, despite it feeling like summer almost all year round. Fall starts in August, so we’re already looking at what’s going to be the next big thing at Disney World.

We asked our DFB reporters what trends we think are going to be big this fall. This one item is going to be everywhere at Disney World, and we’re obsessed.
Fall has officially arrived, even if it’s still pretty warm in Florida. But for those of you in cooler states, maybe it’s that time of year when the mornings have started getting a little crisp and you want to just spend your days on the couch cozying up with a good book, a hot cup of tea, and your favorite Disney outfit.
It’s Halloween in Disney World!
Whether you’re getting ready to hibernate through the cooler months or getting ready to hit up the pumpkin patch, we’ve got some super cozy Disney gear that will help you do both in style — and comfort!
Halloween season is just around the corner, which also means the return of fall treats!
McDonald’s
Some of the best snacks each year are rolled out in the fall, whether it be at EPCOT’s International Food & Wine Festival, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, or in your own neighborhood. If you’re like us and are always ready to try Halloween and fall-inspired treats — GOOD NEWS! McDonald’s is bringing back an autumn-inspired dessert!
There’s a rumor that Disney World is covered by a giant dome that allows the company to control the weather.
Magic Kingdom
While that would make running the park a WHOLE lot easier, it just isn’t true. Orlando is subject to all sorts of bad weather, from hurricanes and torrential downpours to brutal heat (which you may not be surprised by). What may surprise you is that it actually DOES get cold, too! Knowing what the weather will be like ahead of your trip can help you plan accordingly and avoid any discomfort.

Pumpkins are lining Main Street, U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is back, and there is all kinds of fun merchandise to check out. Another way to celebrate the season is by eating all of the fun FOOD, of course, and you know we’re on the lookout for anything and everything pumpkin around the parks, resorts, and Disney Springs.
