Disney just dropped a major castle-related update, and we’re FREAKING OUT. If you were a fan of the old castle, look at the Magic Kingdom; you’re going to want to book a visit soon.
We’ve all been there, dreaming about something that we can’t afford. Convincing yourself, “Hey, maybe one day it’ll be mine,” but deep down, knowing the truth. That’s how we feel about this real-life Disney castle!

So, castles are real things in some places in the world (you know, the kind you can LIVE in, unlike the Cinderella Castle in Disney World), and this one is literally up for sale in Ireland! This isn’t any old castle; no, it’s much more than that. It was purchased by Roy E. Disney, vice-chairman of the Walt Disney Company, oh, just the nephew of the Walt Disney. Wait, so does that make this an ACTUAL Disney castle?!
Who wouldn’t want to live in a fairytale castle? Especially a fairy tale castle that is less than an hour away from Disney World.

Well, if you happen to have $2.2 million to spare, you can make that dream a reality and you can live in a castle that is just 35 minutes away from Disney World!
The Monorail is an iconic part of the parks. Walt Disney had a passion for trains, and the monorail was one of his dreams for the parks.
To this day, the monorail is a key form of transportation around Disney World, and it definitely has its own fan club. You can even find monorail merchandise!

All that shimmers isn’t gold, right? In this case, it’s platinum. Disney100 collectibles are popping up everywhere in the Disney parks and online, and we just discovered a few more we NEED to add to our collections.

Getting to see all of the Disney castles around the world in places like Disneyland Paris, Shanghai Disney Resort, and Hong Kong Disneyland might seem like a dream to most of us. Although we might not have a trip planned there yet, it doesn’t mean seeing their gorgeous castles is too far out of reach!
At Disney World, it can feel like there are always so many changes going on.

We have seen Genie+ rules and park pass reservations change. We see old restaurants change and new ones open. We see stores at Disney Springs close. We like to say the only thing that doesn’t change in Disney World is that it is things will change. And now a BIG change has hit one of the most iconic landmarks in the park!

Splash Mountain has closed and a big part of the new ride — Tiana’s Bayou Adventure — is set to arrive this summer, there have been updates to Space Mountain, and 50th Anniversary decorations have been steadily removed from Cinderella Castle. But recently we spotted something else in the park that could mark the start of more changes!
During your next Disney World trip, you might be surprised by how much construction you encounter!

Right now, there’s a major project underway in the middle of EPCOT, and several hotels around the property are getting updates. We’re constantly noticing little refurbishments to keep things fresh and shiny, but soon, it looks like another construction project will begin in Magic Kingdom.
The 50th Anniversary Celebration is over so many things in Disney World are changing.

We have seen 50th-anniversary snacks become normal Disney snacks without the 50th decorations on them. We’ve seen maps get updated to remove 50th theming. Now, as we had reported, some of our favorite pals got new outfits.
