From Briar Rose Gold treats to the new Briar Rose Gold merchandise collection, it’s getting a little pink around here. So it’s time to start diving in, and…well…this one just wasn’t what we expected… .
We’ve got something extra special for you today!!! Just take a look at this ooey gooey yumminess!!
We spotted this S’mores Gourmet Cookie in the bakery case at Disney World’s Art of Animation resort and it was obviously a MUST-GET!
When you think about fine pastries at Walt Disney World, you probably think of Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie in Epcot’s France, where napoleons and eclairs seem right at home. Or Amorette’s Patisserie, where everything is perfectly crafted into a work of art. But Trolley Car Café, the last bastion of pastries in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, has introduced new pastries that will transport you to France via Hollywood Boulevard.
We spotted these new pastries this afternoon, and we had to share them with you ASAP. [Read more…]
Hello from Disney’s Hollywood Studios! The weather is chilly and the holiday crowds have arrived, but we still have lots of fun updates to share with you this week.
We spotted a new arrival of little green men, found a new holiday dessert, and checked out the Skyliner and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge construction. Come along and take a look at everything new we found at Hollywood Studios this week!
Are you a cotton candy enthusiast? Well, brace yourself — Goofy’s Candy Company at Disney Springs has introduced a whole new range of Gourmet Cotton Candy flavors just in time for the holidays.
The new Gourmet Cotton Candy is a little different from the classic Disney World cotton candy you might be used to. This sweet treat is only here for a limited time, too. Read on to learn all about it!
Disneyland is on a (pastry) roll when it comes to tempting us with spooky new sweets just before Halloween! Last week, our insta-friend @thedukeofdonuts introduced us to the adorable mummy donut. And today, DFB’s Disneyland Correspondent, Heather, noticed that an all-new Haunted Mansion donut has come out to socialize. So, how does it taste and where can you get your own?
The Haunted Mansion design features green glaze, cookie crumbles, purple frosting, and a white chocolate gravestone atop a fluffy yeast donut.
We’ve got some classic Disney snacks to share with you from the Magic Kingdom’s Main Street Confectionery!
Main Street Confectionery
Walking down Main Street, you can smell the sugary goodness coming from the Confectionery before you can see its turn-of-the-century facade. And it’s always worth a trip inside to check it out! They have the cutest Disney treats, including chocolate covered cookies, candy covered apples, and gourmet candies in the shapes of our favorite Disney characters.
Even if I don’t want to eat sweets (*cough*NEVERHAPPENS*cough*), I like to stop in to watch the cast members roll the Rice Krispies and dip apples into that sweet chocolate!
And today we’ve got some favorite Confectionery treats to share with you!!!
We’ll start with the Mickey-shaped treats, because I think they’re the most magical. 🙂
Today, we’re back with a review of a special, limited time treat — just in time for the release of Disney’s latest HUGE movie — Beauty and the Beast! I give you the Enchanted Rose Cake Pop!
Okay…so Enchanted Rose Cake Pop is the dressed up name that I’m giving this one, because “Character Inspired Cake Pop” is so…. un-Disney-fied. [Read more…]
We’re headed BACK to Disney Springs!
In the past six months, Disney Springs (formerly Downtown Disney) has gone from a spot that I didn’t visit very often to a place I prioritize on every Disney trip.
There is so much to explore at the newly re-imagined shopping, dining, and entertainment district that I never feel like I never get to the end of it all!
This teensy tiny shop, located in The Landing “neighborhood” of Disney Springs, has been open for a while now. Check out our first impressions of the shop in our initial tour and review.
And I’m not kidding when I say that it’s tiny. Like, shoebox-like. If there’s a crowd, it can be hard to turn around. [Read more…]
Main Street Confectionery is your one stop shopping spot for all things sweetly Disney when you’re in Walt Disney World! And with its location right on Main Street, it couldn’t be more convenient when the craving for a Caramel Apple or Cotton Candy Strikes!
