Here at DFB, we’ve tried our fair share of funnel cakes.
Funnel Cake at EPCOT
We’ve tried a funnel cake with WORMS in it (okay, not real worms, but you get the idea) at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in Disney World, a Piña Colada Funnel Cake at the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, and even a Cookies and Cream Funnel Cake in Disneyland that would make your inner eight-year-old so happy. Now, we’re heading back to Disneyland to try another new funnel cake!
The Jack Jack Cookie Num Num has become a Disney California Adventure Park staple, and a staple over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios too!

We stopped by the Festival of Holidays for lots of delicious snacks, and we’ve also feasted on pink churros, festive beignets, and a glowing drink. Now there’s another NEW holiday treat in the parks, and we just have one question for Disneyland: WHO gave you permission??

Flavors of Florida in Disney Springs is on a roll with their citrus-flavored desserts. There’s a Key lime pie milkshake, a Key lime pie donut, a Key lime pie cookie, AND a citrus blossom cupcake (orange you glad we didn’t say Key lime😉). We’ve also seen other summer flavors like watermelon Dole whip in Disney World and a watermelon caramel apple in Disneyland. And we just found a NEW treat in Disneyland that will make you want to go to the beach!
It’s a Jolly Holiday when Disneyland’s classic bakery and cafe unveils new treats that are ready-made for spring. And you know we had to get in there for a bite (or two… or four).

It seems like every corner of Disneyland Resort is ready to Get Your Ears On — and that includes often-overlooked Fiddler, Fife, & Practical Cafe in Disney California Adventure Park. But, y’all: this treat is going to blow your mind! It’s Mickey’s Chocolate Cup and Brownie, and it’s awesome!

A passion for purple has taken over the Disney Parks!
From the arrival of Purple Potion ears in mid-December, to the inevitable barrage of beautiful violet treats, purple is everywhere!
And now our Disneyland correspondent Heather (hi, @DiningInDisney!!) has spotted (and devoured!) an Ultraviolet Cake Pop! This subtly sparkly pop is perfectly paired with Purple Potion ears!

Heather tells us that the cake pop is chocolate, and the ears are white chocolate. She grabbed hers at Candy Palace, but she also spied it at Marceline’s!
“Ain’t it a glorious day,” Disney friends? Mary Poppins Returns is opening soon, and Disneyland Resort’s Jolly Holiday Bakery has two sweet Poppins-inspired treats (plus a souvenir spoon!).

Jolly Holiday has a special connection to Mary Poppins. The name of the Bakery is echoed in the song Jolly Holiday from the original Mary Poppins in which Mary and Bert cheerfully pay each other lots of sweet compliments.
