Now that Disney’s newest drone show has taken Disney Springs by storm, you’ll probably encounter quite the crowds when you visit to see the show…unless you’re heeding our advice on how to OUTSMART the viewing area crowds.

So we’re not always excited when something new comes to Disney Springs (unless it concerns food, then, well, we get VERY excited).
Disney Springs does have live entertainment (we’ve often seen live bands here), not to mention a cool art walk, but other than that, there’s not much to do there at night. But now, a new nighttime show coming to the shopping and dining district — and it’s could change EVERYTHING.
Could this drone company’s move to Orlando mean change is coming for Disney World’s nighttime shows?

We’ve seen a BIG change with the new nighttime show Luminous: The Symphony of Us recently at EPCOT. Although it wasn’t initially a hit with some fans on its debut, that doesn’t mean more change isn’t on the horizon for nighttime shows at Disney World. The Walt Disney Company is known for its entertainment across its parks, streaming, film, and more. Part of the way Disney stays so dominant in these industries is through constant innovation, keeping itself on the cutting edge of technologies. We see all kinds of technologies utilized in the theme parks regularly (Shaman animatronic, we’re looking at you!), but we’re set to see WAY more mind-blowing innovations in the years to come.

Disney+ made a bunch of announcements this week, including season 4 of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, a new collaboration with Lovesac couches that will change the way you stream, and an Elton John documentary! Last night, Disney+ held a special show in Los Angeles with a lot of familiar faces!
Lots of changes are coming to the Disney parks, but it seems like the Walt Disney Company is planning even MORE changes outside the theme parks. One of the biggest innovations that Disney has shown a lot of interest in is the concept of a Metaverse and further exploration of Virtual Reality. Ever since The Mandalorian first premiered on Disney+, Baby Yoda has been all the rage.

We’ve seen him in merchandise, we’ve seen him hidden in Disney World — where haven’t we seen Baby Yoda? Whether you want to call him Baby Yoda, The Child, or Grogu; you have to admit that this little fella is a big deal. Now, we’ve seen Baby Yoda in a place we never thought we’d see him.
We’re the kind of Disney guests that literally count down the days before our trip.
And, as strange as it may seem, packing can be part of the fun! Once you start pulling out those Minnie Ears and your kids’ princess costumes, the magic really starts to come to life. Buuut, you might want to double-check your packing list for your next vacation because you totally DON’T need to bring these items with you!
