Specialty treats come and go in the Disney Parks, and when Mickey’s 90th birthday party arrived in November 2018, Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop in Disney Springs made some frozen magic with the Magical Birthday Sundae.

Review: Mickey’s Magical Sundae at Disneyland’s Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop!
We’ve been enjoying all the special treats made just for Disneyland’s Get Your Ears On celebration, but it wasn’t too long ago — November, in fact — when we were celebrating Mickey Mouse on both coasts! At Ghirardelli in Disney Springs, we dug into the Magical Mickey Sundae just in time for Mickey’s 90th birthday. Its run in Disney World has sadly come to an end, but now the Magical Sundae has arrived at Disneyland’s Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop!

TRY IT! What’s In YOUR Quake Shake at Disneyland’s Ghirardelli Chocolate Shop?
A trip to the Disney Parks just isn’t complete without ice cream, if you ask us. And Disney California Adventure Park’s Pacific Wharf is home to the mecca of chocolatey ice cream treats: Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop!

And now this location is serving up Create Your Own Quake Shakes for a limited time. The Quake Shake is basically your choice of Ghirardelli chocolate squares mixed into a milkshake, and some standard options have been available for years.
