Wanna WIN Christmas this year? We’ll show you how…

Let’s just get this out of the way: What your family really wants for Christmas is a trip to Disney World. They don’t want a slanket or a weird onion choppy thing or a “hot toy.” They want to go to Disney World with YOU. (And you want that, too.)

So you wanna know how you totally WIN CHRISTMAS this year? Don’t waste your money on *things* — nobody cares about them and they end up in a box under the bed gathering dust. Instead, book your family a Disney World EXPERIENCE and put IT under the tree.

Boom. You Win.

And DFB has pulled some strings to give you the best way to book that vacation…AND put it under the tree for your family to open and celebrate. We’re stoked to be partnering with Small World Vacations to help YOU surprise YOUR family with the trip of a lifetime, and we’re including a holiday goodie box straight from Disney World that your family can open together on Christmas morning (or Christmas Eve…or Hanukkah…whatever…you do you).

Review: New Warm Salted Caramel-Stuffed Pretzel at The Lunching Pad in Magic Kingdom

I learned about the Warm Salted Caramel-Stuffed Pretzel’s arrival at The Lunching Pad last week.

So you know I was ALL OVER IT when I got into the Magic Kingdom for the very first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party of the year!

Here’s the deal: The Lunching Pad in Tomorrowland serves a variety of pretzels, including classic Mickey Soft Pretzels and flavor varieties like the Pepper Jack (Jalapeno Cheese) Stuffed Pretzel. And until last week, it was one of the only spots that carried the Sweet Cream Cheese-Stuffed Pretzel.

But the day after the Warm Salted Caramel-Stuffed Pretzel showed up on the Mobile Order menu, the Sweet Cream Cheese Pretzel disappeared… as it has many times before.

And that’s the thing with these Stuffed Pretzels: they tend to come and go without any rhyme or reason. So that’s why you gotta HOP ON IT when you see one, because you never know how long they’re going to stay on any menu in Disney World.

So that’s exactly what I did with the new Warm Salted Caramel-Stuffed Pretzel!

Now, you know I love me some pretzels. So much so, in fact, that this isn’t even my first post about pretzels THIS WEEK. If you joined me earlier, you may know I highly recommend purchasing a side of chocolate sauce to go with your Mickey Soft Pretzel. But in the case of the Warm Salted Caramel-Stuffed Pretzel?

Warm Salted Caramel-Stuffed Pretzel with Chocolate Sauce

It ALREADY COMES WITH THE CHOCOLATE SAUCE.

YES!! Just consider all the elements at play here. First, you’ve got the saltiness of the pretzel. THEN you’ve got the golden sweet-and-salty buttery taste of the caramel. And THEN you’ve got the rich sweetness of the chocolate sauce.

And we’re still not done, because you’ve ALSO got that slight hint of crunch from the outer brown pretzel shell, contrasted by doughy center and the gooey caramel and chocolate.

Salty. Sweet. A bit of Crunch. The GOOEY Factor. If there’s anything missing here, I sure can’t think of it. At $4.79, this thing is a snack steal.

I know we’re already into the holiday swing of things here in Disney World, but it IS still November — and therefore technically still fall. And this Caramel Pretzel is perfect for the current season….even though I’m hoping it sticks around even longer!

Will you be grabbing a Warm Salted Caramel-Stuffed Pretzel if it’s available on your next visit to the Magic Kingdom? Please let us know with a comment!

Disney Food Hacks: Mickey Pretzel and Chocolate!

One of the great, simple joys of visiting the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World is grabbing a Mickey Pretzel in the shadow of Cinderella Castle. And not just because Mickey Pretzels come with a container of cheese (although that’s also idyllic). It’s just such a sweet moment.
