We’ve been waiting ever so patiently to experience Avengers Campus at Disneyland Resort.

The closure of the Disneyland theme parks delayed the opening of the upcoming Avengers-themed land in Disney California Adventure. We’re not sure when Disneyland will reopen and we’re not sure if Avengers Campus will open with the parks, but the new land was looking a little different above the construction barriers last night.

Disneyland fans @discover.themagic on Instagram were at Downtown Disney in Disneyland after dark when they spotted lights on at Avengers Campus for the first time.

It seems that the upcoming land is testing exterior lighting and it can be seen from the Buena Vista Street extension of Downtown Disney.

We think it’s especially cool to see the W.E.B. logo illuminated at the future home of the Spider-Man inspired ride, WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure!

We definitely want to see these lights for ourselves, so we’ll be making our way over to Downtown Disney at night as soon as we can to try to catch a glimpse so keep an eye out for more pics! Thanks for the incredible pics Discover the Magic!
