Overall
Wait times did not really go up compared to last week, in fact, a lot of times went down! But, this could be due to the fact that crowds were lower this week than they have been recently, so we’ll keep an eye on how Genie+ is affecting lines. Stay tuned to DFB more Disney news and updates.

We were going to get on Frozen on Friday 10/22 because the line was so short. A line that short normally would be a 15-20 minute wait but, when we asked, the CM said 70 minutes. A ramification of Genie + would be obvious. Hope our experience was an isolated event but if not then the Genie+ lines will become as long as the standby lines. As an AP, I don’t want to have to pay $30 every time we go to the park in addition to what we pay for the AP!
Looks to me like we are heading back to the 1970’s era when you had to pay for each ride with a ticket seperately.
Does single rider lines still exist?
I was in Animal Kingdom on Friday and found that, with the exception of FoP, all posted wait times were inflated. Dinosaur was the worst. The posted wait time of 30 minutes was actually only 7. And very few people used the LL from what I saw.
Terry, it does!
