Want to know how much to budget for Lightning Lanes for your Disney World trip?
Lighting Lane
It can be challenging to know how much money to plan to spend if you’re a while out from your trip, because Disney doesn’t release prices until a few weeks ahead of time. But don’t worry — we’ve been tracking Lightning Lane prices for years, and I’m here to help you predict how much you’ll be spending in November 2026!
Do you need a Lightning Lane strategy for Disney’s Animal Kingdom? I’ve got you covered!
Attraction Sign at Animal Kingdom directing Guests to Standby Line and Lightning Lane Entrances
We’ve used the various Lightning Lane systems in this park dozens of times (maybe even hundreds, at this point!), and we’ve got our strategy down to a SCIENCE. Let’s be real — Disney World is magical, but the lines? Yeah, not so much….
Magic Kingdom
After way too many trips (and more Mickey pretzels than we’d like to admit), we’ve tested every ride strategy out there. Some flopped. But a few? Total game-changers! Here are the 3 ride hacks that actually work for us every single time — no Lighting Lanes required.
BIG changes are coming to the Disneyland Resort and Disney California Adventure in particular!
Disney California Adventure
Over the summer, Disney held the D23 2024: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event where the company announced several expansions and changes coming to the Disney Parks and experiences. One major expansion announced was an Avatar-themed land coming to Disney California Adventure! While there’s still a ton we don’t know about regarding this new land, certain announcements and the concept art have given us some insight, especially about new attractions.
I bet you weren’t expecting DFB to send you a riddle today, were you? But I’ve got one for you anyway:
What’s something that almost every ride queue in Disney World desperately needs but only ONE actually has?
I’ll give you a hint: the only ride that has it is Avatar Flight of Passage in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. (And no, it’s not a giant blue Avatar in a fluid-filled tank — might be kinda weird to see that in the queue for Slinky Dog Dash.)
Flight of Passage in Pandora
Think you know the answer?
Phew, wait times are NOT budging in Disney World right now.
Get ready to enter the Grid!
We spend SO much time in lines at the Disney parks, and sometimes it just does not feel like we get a reprieve from the long wait times. This week is one of those weeks! Sometimes, doing fun things like that can take some of the pain out of the long wait times — now, let’s take a look at how long you’ll be occupying yourself! [Read more…]
