We’re bringing you an EXCLUSIVE first look at a brand-new special coming to Disney+ this month!
World Princess Week is August 24th-30th this year, and LEGO and Disney Princess have teamed up to bring us an all-new animated special!
Riding popular Disney attractions backwards, waiting in LONGER ride lines than necessary, and LAND SNORKELING?
The things you should build your Magic Kingdom bucket list around could also be some of the most UNEXPECTED.

The Beak and Barrel opens in Magic Kingdom on August 29th, 2025! We’ve been following the opening of this Pirates of the Caribbean-themed lounge since it was announced in 2024, and we can’t believe it’s almost time to check it out. Disney recently confirmed this new spot will be open during the park’s after-hours parties, and now we know when you can book your reservations!
While EPCOT is currently home to some of Walt Disney World’s most popular rides, including Test Track and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, some of the park’s other attractions have us a bit concerned.
I’ve been visiting EPCOT for more than 30 years, and over that time, I’ve seen the park transform in a litany of ways. Some for the better, some for the worse. As the park enters its latest new era, there are three rides that stand out to those of us on the DFB team as raising red flags for the park’s future.
According to the National Hurricane Center, Tropical Storm Erin has officially formed in the Atlantic.
Tropical Storm Erin could turn into a hurricane by the end of the week on August 14th.
With a roster of nearly 30 hotels, there’s arguably a stay for every kind of traveler on Walt Disney World property. However, some of the resorts could use a bit of TLC.
Over my 30 years visiting Disney World, I’ve spent a significant amount of time at each of these properties, which run the gamut of Disney’s hotel tiers, from Value through Moderate, all the way to the Deluxe level.
If you’ve been dreaming of a Disney World getaway without wrecking your bank account, you’ll want to hear this.
Disney has just dropped an exclusive hotel deal for Florida and Georgia residents, and we’re talking rates as low as $129 a night. That’s right — you can stay on Disney property, get all the perks, and still have plenty of cash left for snacks, merch, and maybe a DOLE Whip (or three). We’ve got the full details on when, where, and how to lock this in so you can make the most of it before the clock runs out.
When it comes to dining in Disney World, Disney Springs is an amazing place to start!

Salt and Straw!
It’s Disney’s shopping and dining district with tons of spots for dining and entertainment, all without a park ticket. One of the best spots to grab a unique sweet treat at Disney Springs is Salt and Straw! Each experience at this spot surprises us, so we’re bringing you along with us to test out this month’s limited-time flavors.
When you’re in Disney World, there are a lot of problems that can happen that you may not expect. On the very top of that list is getting sick or injured, and both have happened to us in the parks before!
It’s never fun — you want to have the best time on your vacation, but sickness and injury can come when you least expect them. Members of our team have had multiple occasions that we’ve been faced with less than ideal situations on vacation, and we’ve learned a lot from it (me personally, I’ve had a low blood sugar episode in the middle of the night, I’ve vowed to do everything in my power to never repeat). Recently, we experienced “Disney Rash” (yes, it’s a real thing), and it is NO joke.
Our handy (and portable!) ebook guides make sure you get the best deals and can plan a vacation of a lifetime.
