A LOT of Disney World restaurants have been reopening recently!
Hollywood Studios
Disney World isn’t quite back to normal yet, but more and more fan-favorite spots are returning. We’ve luckily been reunited with 50’s Prime Time Cafe since last year, but the adjoining Tune-In Lounge has NOT been available. Could that change SOON?
A few Disney restaurants are taking a BIG step back to normal!
The Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom
Today, Boma at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge became the first buffet to open in Disney World since the parks closed last year. Other restaurants that used to be buffets have been using family-style service, but that’s about to change!
Live entertainment is slowly coming back in Disney World.
Cirque du Soleil
Prior to the closure of Disney World last year, Cirque du Soleil was set to debut the new Drawn to Life show at their theater in Disney Springs. This was delayed over a year until a NEW November 18th reopening date was announced and now YOU can buy tickets!
Disney World is full of many amazing things to buy, but they’re not all perfect.

The new service is coming this fall to the Disneyland App and My Disney Experience and will be a whole new tool for Disney guests to use when planning their vacations. Genie+ will be the new offering in Disney World and Disneyland that lets guests skip the standby line and go straight into a Lightning Lane (AKA former FASTPASS queue) to access attractions. It’s the next generation of MaxPass as it is a paid offering, but how is it different from MaxPass? Let’s take a look.

Last week, Disney CEO Bob Chapek talked about the upcoming service and now we’re learning a LOT more about it. Not only will it change the way you plan your day in Disney World and Disneyland, but it will also have a feature (Genie+) that will act as a PAID replacement to Fastpass+ and MaxPass. But how will the new service work for Disney World Annual Passholders and Disneyland Magic Key holders?

The Food and Wine Festival is one of our favorite events of the year!
