Hola amigos!
As you may know, we here at DFB love the eats and drinks in Epcot’s Mexico Pavilion. From celebrity-crafted cocktails at La Cava del Tequila to the street corn at Choza de Margarita, it’s one of our favorite places for a snack and drink. But recently, we found ourselves in need of more than a light bite — so we decided to visit an old favorite: La Cantina de San Angel!
Don’t be fooled by the Mint Julep Bar’s innocent appearance in Disneyland!
True Mickey Beignet-aficionados know that this is, in fact, the holy land of the little fried doughy delights! And while the Chocolate Mickey Beignets aren’t on the Mint Julep Bar’s menu — we know they’re IN THERE! And we’ve come a-knockin for ’em!
While we’ve taken you along with us to the totally tubular 80’s Nite AND given you a sneak peek at Sweethearts Nite coming soon…
…we’re about to spend an evening with our best pals at Pixar Nite in Disney California Adventure! And, we’ve got all the details on the merchandise, entertainment, food, and more coming to the Disneyland After Dark event here!
Breaking news! The Disney Villains have stormed Cinderella Castle and have reclaimed Magic Kingdom ONCE AGAIN! 😉

Villains After Hours
We’re here to witness the very first of many 2020 Disney Villains After Hours tonight! And while these hard-ticketed parties only take place on select nights at Disney World, here’s what’s been going down with all your favorite Disney baddies since you saw them at last year’s sinister soiree!
Move aside, Red Hot Chili Peppers!
We’re ready to snack on something super spicy (and cheesy!!) in Disneyland that’s already making our mouths water.
We’ve been chillin’ like a villain at the Villains After Hours event in Magic Kingdom (and we’re feeling especially wicked after this night of fun!).
We’ve been taking you with us throughout the night to visit her royal highness, the Queen of Hearts, and to taste the Painting the Roses Red and Royal Majesty treats (which are way better than any stolen tarts). But, now we’re sipping on something a little more sinister!
With a name like the “Five Dozen Eggs Slush” — we didn’t quite know EXACTLY what we were in for at the Villains After Hours!
But we DID know where to find it, of course! After all, Gaston is the only Disney Villain we know of who eats five dozen eggs on the reg, so it’s off to his Fantasyland watering hole we go!
We’re saying “off with their heads” and on with the AWESOME night we’re having at the Villains After Hours in Magic Kingdom!
While we’ve been taking you with us to try treats like the Hades Hot Dog, The Diamond in the Rough, and the Body Language Mousse Cake, you’re totally going to feel like a queen after you get a li’l peek at this dessert!
Sit down at our table and put your mind at ease ’cause we’re taking you to the darker side of Disney at Villains After Hours in the Magic Kingdom!
And, while we’ve tried some DELISH food thanks to the Body Language Mousse Cake and the Hades Hot Dog, we’re visiting our friends on the other side at Sleepy Hollow for the next sinister treat!
