The 2021 Taste of EPCOT Festival of the Arts is still going strong, with today marking two weeks of Festival fun (with MUCH more to come through February 22nd)!

EPCOT Festival of the Arts
Of course, one of our favorite aspects of this celebration of the culinary, visual, and performing arts is the Festival’s Food Studios (aka Food Booths), serving up dishes with artistic flair and lots of flavor. The newest Food Studio to join the ranks this year is Vibrante & Vívido, and today we’re sharing the recipe for one of the booth’s brand new dishes. And guess what? This dish made our DFB Best of the Fest list!! [Read more…]
We’re taking a spin around Disney World’s work-in-progress park!

Getting a reservation to eat at Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom can sometimes feel a bit like getting a boarding group for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. It requires planning, some key alarms, and a whole lot of luck!

Beast in Be Our Guest
Reservations at Be Our Guest generally fill up extremely quickly once they’re released. But, today we found that there are quite a few reservations still available!
Disney World will often close attractions, restaurants, or resorts for refurbishments. Some closures are scheduled in advance while others are unexpected and due to maintenance issues or other reasons.
You won’t always find the closures advertised before your trip so it’s good to stay in the know! We’re here to help you plan ahead by listing all the planned refurbishments for this week. Check out everything this will be closed between January 25th through January 31st!
Many Disney-fans all over the world have an Annual Pass to Disney World.

Cinderella Castle
Disneyland Resort’s annual pass system has been discontinued. And currently, you cannot purchase new Disney World Annual Passes (except in very certain cases). Current Annual Passholders can renew though. With all the changes. in Disney World, we asked YOU if you would or wouldn’t be renewing your Annual Pass this year! Things are looking a little different over at Magic Kingdom at Disney World today!
The Rivers of America, the Liberty Square Riverboat, and Tom Sawyer Island have been under refurbishment since last fall and we’ve slowly been seeing some construction progress, although the refurbishment did get extended.
When Disney World reopened in 2020, several things remained closed or unavailable, including LOTS of live entertainment shows.

Festival of the Lion King theater
Slowly, some things have come back, including the Frozen Sing-Along show in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. When the massive entertainment layoffs were announced, however, we thought it might be a while before we saw some of our other favorite shows return. But now we’ve got some HUGE NEWS! The Festival of the Lion King show will be returning to Disney’s Animal Kingdom soon!
We’ve turned into detectives when it comes to the mystery of Disney World food delivery!
You might remember last year when we spotted a bunch of Disney World restaurants (in the parks, at the resorts, and in Disney Springs) show up as available for delivery on the Postmates app. We gave it a shot and had VERY limited luck; after a looooong wait we were able to get food delivered from the Earl of Sandwich in Disney Springs to the Contemporary. Today, we’ve got an update on the Disney World food delivery saga.
One of the most popular rides at Disney World is Rise of the Resistance in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
It’s such a hot ticket item that Disney has a special boarding process in place where guests must join a virtual queue to get a boarding group via the My Disney Experience app. TYPICALLY the boarding groups vanish in mere SECONDS…but not today.
