A few days ago, we brought you a HUGE list of all the St. Patrick’s day food in Disney World, and we’ve been diggin’ in and trying everything as it pops up in the parks. We’ve gotten cupcakes, bundt cake, and cocktails galore. But Disney’s still rolling out the sweet treats! And in Disney Springs, a minty shake is taking the spotlight.
It’s Women’s History Month, and Disney World has plenty of celebrations in store!

For the month of March at Disney Springs, there are events featuring food, activities, and merchandise around strong women who have had an impact at Disney World. And now, a Disney Springs shop is releasing some new merchandise featuring Disney’s most iconic lady, Minnie Mouse!
When you’re at Disney Springs you might want to build in some time to plan where you want to eat BEFORE you get hungry. Once you’re in the hunger zone, it’s risky because there are A LOT of restaurants to choose from!

There’s Irish food with a show at Raglan Road, a quick delicious burger from D-Luxe Burger, and you can even eat surrounded by dinosaurs in T-Rex (oh, and WAY more than this!). Guys, we’ve been trying LOTS of St. Paddy’s Day treats, from frosting-packed cupcakes to tasty ice cream sammies to a Green Velvet Cake Shake! But Disney’s still rollin’ out more, and we’re still tasting! Today, we stopped by Disney Springs to try a brand-new drink.
We would do a LOT of things for the treats at Gideon’s Bakehouse.

We’ve waited hours (and trust us, it was worth it) to get inside to pick up our sweet treat fix. But what one man did for his Gideon’s is flat-out inspiring — and exhausting.

This new specialty bakeshop has been pulling out all the fancy stops since it opened at Disney Springs this year. If it wasn’t enough that they have GIANT delicious cookies, they also serve up HUGE cake slices, AND cold brew! And, as if they needed a reason to keep us coming back, they’ve been releasing some limited-time items too so you have to be there at the right time to give everything a try.
