Today, we stopped by the newly reopened Hearthstone Lounge at Disney’s Grand Californian Resort to see how it was!

Health and Safety Signage at Disneyland
Recently, the CDC updated its indoor mask policy for those who are fully vaccinated. Even before that change, LA County, California and Universal Studios Hollywood started requiring individuals to wear masks indoors. Now, Disneyland Resort has updated its indoor mask policy. Trader Sam’s is back in Disneyland AND Disney World!
Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar
Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar reopened at the Disneyland Hotel on July 2nd, and Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto and Tiki Terrace surprised guests by reopening with Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Also, the new Jungle Cruise movie just had its world premiere in Disneyland with an epic red carpet event, but now there are NEW Jungle Cruise souvenirs at Trader Sam’s that you’ve gotta see!
Summertime is usually filled with super hot theme park days, which means we need treats that will cool us down so we can keep frolicking around Disney!

Obviously there are the classics, like Dole Whip floats, Citrus Swirls, and Mickey Ice Cream Bars, but we also love to shake it up a little a try treats like the Key Lime Cake Shake and funky themed slushies! Today we tried out a NEW frozen item in Disneyland’s California Adventure, and this one has booze, folks!

In just the last week alone we were there for the grand reopening of Carthay Circle Restaurant at Disney California Adventure AND got to eat at a buffet again at Storytellers Cafe at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa!
We’re getting excited about all the reopenings at Disneyland.
The Golden Horseshoe
We recently got to enjoy a meal at the newly-reopened Carthay Circle Restaurant, and we checked out the buffet at a newly-reopened Storytellers Cafe. And Pacific Wharf Cafe has reopened, too (bring on the bread bowls!). But today, The Golden Horseshoe has officially reopened! And we were there to check it all out!
If there’s anything we love to collect at the Disney Parks, it’s adorable popcorn buckets! We’ve loved seeing what designs Disney will come up with next, including the AP Steamboat Minnie Mouse Popcorn Bucket and the Retro Disneyland Popcorn Bucket.

We clearly see our fair share of buckets when we visit the parks, and the newest one spotted at the Disneyland Resort today takes a classic design and makes it look oh-so-cool and futuristic!
Jungle Cruise premieres TOMORROW on Disney+ and in theaters around the country!

Disney has been preparing by releasing special themed desserts, selling limited edition merch, and even hosting the premiere at Disneyland, where we saw the STARS of the movie, Emily Blunt and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson!!! And tomorrow, Disneyland is continuing the celebration by releasing some brand new limited time tiki mugs!
