Disney has made countless updates to its attractions over the years!
We’ve seen characters added to rides, like on “it’s a small world” in Disneyland and on Pirates of the Caribbean. We’ve seen complete overhauls of attractions, like with Journey Into Imagination with Figment and the upcoming Princess and the Frog re-theme of Splash Mountain. Now, Jungle Cruise, one of Disney’s most classic rides, is getting some changes, and we’re discussing all of them!
Analysts are taking another look at the projected future of the Disney theme parks.
The last year has had a lot of ups and downs for the Disney theme parks around the globe. The worldwide pandemic forced every single park to close and the road to a full reopening has been rocky at times. Some parks, Disneyland included, remain closed. Now, Wall Street analysts are forecasting an optimistic outlook for 2022.
It has been a busy few months for Disney movies and shows!
We got a TON of new announcements at Disney’s Virtual Investors Day in December about upcoming projects. Since then, the new Pixar film Soul released on Disney+, as well as the first Marvel series, WandaVision. We also got to watch the season 2 finale of The Mandalorian, and even though it has only been a few weeks, they’re already prepping for season 3!
We’re getting very excited to watch Disney’s upcoming film, Raya and the Last Dragon!
The movie will be releasing in theaters and on Disney+ on March 5th, 2021. We’ve been watching all the trailers in anticipation (we’re only a month and a half away), and now Disney has released another one for us to check out!
Like many people, we were pretty happy to say goodbye to 2020 and hello to 2021. It’s a brand new year!
And it seems Disney was eagerly anticipating the New Year, too, because the company has made a TON of announcements in the first month of 2021 — like, enough to last us all year! And it’s only JANUARY! And we’re still just getting used to Park Hopping being back at Disney World again!
