It’s no secret that we LOOOOOVVVEEE chocolate here at DFB. And we’ve had a lot of wonderful chocolately snacks at Disney World, including chocolate waffles, chocolate cupcakes, chocolate caramel brownies, and more!

So you can imagine we’ve spent a good amount of time at Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop at Disney Springs, although we have to admit we hadn’t been there in a while!
From Halloween balloons to Halloween merch, we’ve been enjoying ALL the spooky season offerings at Disney World!

We’ve also been on a quest to find delicious Halloween snacks around Disney World, and today we spotted one particularly spooky treat we just HAD to try!
ICYMI, The Lunching Pad reopened TODAY in Magic Kingdom! This spot is back to its usual duties of serving counter service eats to guests who have blasted into Tomorrowland.

There are no major changes to the menu to report upon reopening… and that’s not a bad thing at all, when you consider that The Lunching Pad serves — among other items — the Pepper Jack Warm Stuffed Pretzel AND the Cream Cheese Warm Stuffed Pretzel! As Walt Disney World continues in its phased reopening, restaurants are continuing to reopen along with the rest of the Resort.

We are so ready for Gideon’s Bakehouse to open at Disney Springs because we seriously need some of those extraordinary cookies in our lives!

Although we have no idea when Disneyland might reopen, Downtown Disney reopened this summer, and we’ve been enjoying all the food (hello, pumpkin spice churro!) and shopping there!
