We got the chance to check out the ride before it officially opens as part of a preview, and while we LOVE the new changes, we did spot something that we think might be a problem going forward — and it all has to do with the new blasters.
We need to talk about one of the internet’s favorite hobbies: seeing a theme park rumor, slapping Mickey ears on it, and sending it galloping across social media like it just stole a churro.
Because yes, something big is happening in Frisco, Texas. No, that does not mean Disney is suddenly packing up a castle, tossing Cinderella into a moving van, and heading for the Lone Star State. At least not based on anything Disney has officially announced.
Driving to Disney World
Right now, Disney’s confirmed future resort development is pointed elsewhere, including its newly announced theme park resort in Abu Dhabi, which Disney has described as its seventh theme park destination. So if you’ve seen whispers that “Disney is coming to Texas,” that rumor is wearing somebody else’s nametag.
