We’re about to tell you to do something we’ve never told you before.
We usually tell you to do everything you can to avoid Disney World during the holiday season, ESPECIALLY on Christmas Day. The crowds are usually terrifying. You’ll probably pay more for your hotel and tickets (except for maybe this year). PLUS Genie+ is usually more expensive due to demand. Well, we asked YOU, our readers, and not only do you LIKE going to the parks on Christmas Week, but you recommend it!
There are TWO holiday parties coming to Disney World in 2023, and tickets for both events go on sale SOON!

SANTA at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
In Magic Kingdom, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is returning, and over in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the NEW Jollywood Nights party will debut. Tickets have already gone on sale for both events for guests who have hotel reservations during the parties, but soon tickets will be available for the general public as well! [Read more…]
Waiting in long lines at Disney World can be tough — but we waited in one on the Fourth of July that was TOTALLY worth it.
Disney has been celebrating the Fourth of July with all kinds of special things — fireworks at Magic Kingdom, fireworks at EPCOT, special snacks, and even a flyover. But there’s one special experience you’ll want to wait for even if the line is long.
Wouldn’t it be great if we could keep up our favorite holiday decorations all year long? Imagine having a Christmas tree in your living room every day of the year? The decorating possibilities are ENDLESS!

Christmas in Magic Kingdom
Speaking of the holidays, there are a few BIG holiday events coming soon to the Disney parks. There’s the Oogie Boogie Bash in Disneyland, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and even a NEW Jollywood Nights event coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. If you’re in the holiday mood, come with us to see the NEW ornaments that just arrived on shopDisney!
We often talk these days of the unprecedented times that Disney is operating in. The company seems to be at the forefront of the culture wars — with accusations flying that Disney is no longer the “family-friendly” corporation it was designed to be.
In the past few months, Disney has become entangled in lawsuits with the governor of Florida, faced accusations from investors that its political involvement puts the company at risk, and faced criticism for adding R-rated content to Disney+.
Are you ready to watch a RARE experience from Magic Kingdom?
There are several ways to celebrate the 4th of July in Disney World. You can stop by Magic Kingdom for some exclusive fireworks, head over to EPCOT to see their unique fireworks and Spaceship Earth displays, and even pick up some great snacks. But there’s one other thing guests got the chance to experience today…
Today, we’re taking you with us to visit Disney California Adventure for some good food.

Soarin at California Adventure
Disneyland Resort has had some BIG things coming to the parks lately. Have you seen the dancing baby Groot robot yet? We also saw dates announced for Oogie Boogie Bash for this fall. Now, when we heard there was a NEW mac and cheese fried chicken sandwich at the park — we had to try it.
If you’re anything like us, when you aren’t at Disney World, there is a 100% chance we’re thinking about Disney World.

Cinderella Castle
When you go to Disney World, there are just some things that you need to have — even if they are kind of embarrassing. You’ll probably want a bag to hold your daily essentials in while in the park, even better if you can find a Disney one on sale. You might be looking for some Minnie ears to complete your Disney look.
There’s a reason we warn you about holiday weekends in Disney World.
Folks are often eager to spend time off in the parks, which means you could find yourself surrounded by thousands of your “closest friends” in the parks. But lately, holiday crowds have been surprising us in Disney World. Memorial Day didn’t see quite the uptick in wait times we usually expect, so what’s going on with the Fourth of July? Well, we found out… [Read more…]
