Woody’s Round Up BBQ will lasso lots of fun over the Fourth of July holiday with three nights of Toy Story-inspired fun at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. The party takes place on July 4-6 from 6:15-9:15PM in the resort’s Fantasia Ballroom and will include family-friendly activities like rope tricks, character-inspired balloon animals, and a view of the fireworks show from the resort’s Port Cochere.

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resort will celebrate independence with a family-oriented, all-American Stars and Stripes Celebration!
Imagine old-fashioned fun with a live band and carnival-like games as chefs create your family’s barbecue meal in the outdoor Fantasia Gardens Pavilion on Saturday, July 2, 2011 from 3:00 – 8:00 pm.
Luckily, we got the chance to speak with Chef Robert Ciborowski (a.k.a. Chef Cib), the Executive Chef at WDW Swan and Dolphin, about the menu for the event!

What’s the first sense that comes to mind at a barbecue? Smell! According to Chef Cib, “we tried to use that sense as the focal point of what we’re doing.”
To capitalize on this summertime sense of barbecue, the menu will feature all-beef hot dogs, hamburgers, pulled pork and traditional BBQ chicken, as well as some incredible side dishes and desserts that are sure to make your mouth water!

THE CALIFORNIA GRILL HAS AVAILABILITY FOR THEIR INDEPENDENCE DAY DINNER ON JULY 4TH.
California Grill has availability for their Independence Day Dinner, an exclusive dine-a-round Food and Beverage event with well bar. Guests can dine on Summer Lobster Rolls, fresh sushi, Boneless St. Louis style pork ribs, Black Angus Strip Steaks, sweet buttered corn, summer salads, a variety of desserts, and many more exquisite dishes.
They will have characters, a DJ with dancing, strolling entertainment, fortune teller, and magician. This wonderful meal offers an incredible viewing location of the Magic Kingdom’s Disney’s Celebrate America! – A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky at 9:00pm and then the festivities continues with additional viewings of firework presentations at Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios at 10:00pm.
