Have you ever wondered what Disney World dark rides look like with the lights on? It might ruin the magic for some people, but it sure is interesting to see more about how these rides work!

The lights come on during rides sometimes when there are technical difficulties and guests end up having to be evacuated, or if they’re just stuck for a few moments. This happened to us briefly on Splash Mountain recently, and we know it’s happened to some people while on Space Mountain when it’s been evacuated (seeing that coaster with the lights on will change your view of it forever!). But, not many people have seen the inside of a famous park icon with the lights on, until now!
Planning for Disney World can be overwhelming, to say the least, and it’s HIGHLY likely you will forget certain things!

You’ve got a LOT on your plate when it comes to preparing for your magical vacation, so inevitably there will be things that get overlooked. And that’s totally okay! We’re going to share some of them with you so that you have a better chance of not forgetting said things!
When it came out in 2019, The Mandalorian took the world by storm, and Baby Yoda (or Grogu…but really, he’ll always be Baby Yoda to us) was a large part of that. We’ve seen a lot of Baby Yoda merchandise since then, from spirit jerseys to plush toys.

If you’re still shopping to fill those Easter baskets, you’ll want to check out this new The Mandalorian item from Target, if you’ve got any fans of Baby Yoda in your life (or you can buy it for yourself, we won’t judge).
Over the past 2 years, we’ve seen a variety of requirements and regulations throughout Disney World due to the ongoing global pandemic. When the parks first reopened in July of 2020, temperature screenings were in effect, as well as physical distancing and mandatory face masks almost everywhere. That has now changed to masks being optional in most locations for vaccinated guests, with some exceptions (such as on enclosed transportation).

Another health and safety measure we’ve seen around Disney World is plexiglass barriers up in a lot of spots where guests would be close to each other or to a Cast Member. Some of that has been removed, but some has remained up in the parks, so let’s take a look at the current plexiglass situation in Disney World!
