Disney’s Animal Kingdom has been making magic since it opened in 1998!

Animal Kingdom
There are just so many cool details in Animal Kingdom that really help make the park one of Disney’s most immersive. And, although you might love traveling to Asia or hopping on the back of a Banshee on Flight of Passage, there are A LOT of hidden gems you DIDN’T know about tucked away in Animal Kingdom!
Attention all chocoholics! This next list is for YOU! Disney World is full of tasty chocolate treats, and we’re sharing ten of the absolute best chocolate desserts you can find in the parks and resorts!
These are in no particular order (we couldn’t POSSIBLY rank these even if we wanted to) so let’s dig in.
If you’ve been to Disney World before, chances are you faced at least one Florida torrential downpour that cleared to sunny skies minutes later (sometimes multiple times on the same day!).
But what do you do when a hurricane is headed to the Most Magical Place on Earth? Do you cancel your trip or make the most of it? We’re sharing six tips to help you plan for hurricane season in Disney World!
There’s a LOT to accomplish in a single day at Disney World! Between all the rides to ride, shows to see, and characters to meet, FastPass+ is an excellent way to do it all.
With park crowds being relatively low in the morning, it may be optimal for you to make FastPass+ reservations in the late morning and early afternoon. This gives you the chance to ride some prime attractions in the morning before the lines build up, AND leaves the possibility to score MORE FastPasses later in the day.
But as you’re planning your FastPass selections, you may find that this strategy leaves little time for lunch. And keeping your energy up is critical to check all those boxes off your “to do” list!
With that in mind, we have six lunch suggestions for you to consider. These lunches will get you to your FastPasses on time, while still giving you a delicious meal. We cover all four parks in this list, so let’s jump right in!
Because ranking the lands of Magic Kingdom by its snacks wasn’t torturous enough for us, we’ve decided to do the impossible yet AGAIN!
That’s right — we’re going to delve once more into these strange, uncharted waters of ranking all the Disney snacks we love for sheer entertainment purposes ONLY! (We not-so-secretly love most of these snacks, so it’s too hard to choose!) Let’s see how the rankings work out for all the lands in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
If meeting characters in Disney World is a priority for your family, we highly recommend you consider booking at least one character dining experience. The main benefit of character dining is pretty significant: you don’t have to wait in long lines to meet multiple characters.
And if you want to meet the Big Cheese — Mickey Mouse himself — during your meal, you have a few great options both in the parks and at the resorts. He even has a different outfit at each of the character dining restaurants, so he’ll always have a unique look no matter which restaurant you pick! But how do you choose WHICH character meal to book? Let’s run through them here and see which meals are 100% worth it and which are totally skippable.

Almost like a time capsule of sorts, these photos give us a glimpse into what Disney World was like back in the ’90s, ’80s, and even ’70s! We also get a fun reminder of what fashion and hairstyles used to look like as well. 😉
We had our writers and staff send in old family pictures and the results were AMAZING. We hope you enjoy looking through this digital album as much as we did!

You can choose to twirl around in a new dress inspired by your favorite Disney movie, wear an accessory fit for a Disney World adventurer, or grab a bag to stuff with your fav snacks. Although we love all the options you can pick from in the parks, we especially love the ability to personalize our own items!
