With the start of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party THIS Friday, August 9th, we have been eagerly awaiting Halloween to arrive in Magic Kingdom. Well, we finally got our wish!

Happy Lunar New Year, everyone!

We’ve been celebrating the occasion over at Disney California Adventure’s Lunar New Year Festival. We enjoyed a ton of wonderful foods and even met some NEW Disney characters for the very first time. We also love to see how the parks are decorated for the festival, but this year, one hotel at Disneyland Resort has gone ALL out for the Lunar New Year — and we are OBSESSED.
We would like to take a moment of silence for the Christmas decorations at Walt Disney World.
We must say goodbye…
There are SO many things happening today at Walt Disney World. From the return of the Disney Dining Plan to park hopping going back to normal — there is A LOT of change. Time to buckle up, folks. While it wasn’t a fundamental change to your Walt Disney World experience, when we realized that Christmas is officially GONE at Magic Kingdom… it made us feel some type of way, and we’re not afraid to admit that. Holiday decorations!
Okay, so we’ve still got over a month until Santa’s big day, but you wouldn’t know that if you’ve visited Disney World this week. Holiday merchandise is EVERYWHERE. The big gingerbread house at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has arrived. The holiday decorations are being added to the parks — speaking of which, ANOTHER park just got all decked out for the season.
We’re just a few days away from one of the biggest Disney events of the year!

The 2023 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is kicking off on July 27th, and you know that we’ll be there to cover ALL the new eats and drinks, as well as the entertainment, activities, and merchandise. But we just can’t wait — so today we stopped by EPCOT to see how the park is getting prepped for the big fest!

Disney’s Yacht Club Resort
Is it Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party? Maybe it’s EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays or trying all the holiday snacks around the parks and resorts. If you’re a fan of seeing all the decorations, we suggest stopping over to Disney’s Yacht Club Resort to see a truly amazing Christmas Village set up!
The holiday season in Disney World means new merchandise, special events like Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, and special ride overlays. But one of our favorite things about this season is seeing all of the beautiful decorations at the parks and hotels!

The iconic Christmas tree is up over at Magic Kingdom, the giant gingerbread house is being decorated at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, and we’ve even spotted snowflakes in EPCOT. We’re still eating Halloween snacks, but we’re also shopping for holiday merchandise. We’re still seeing everyone’s costumes for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, but holiday decorations are now arriving in the parks. Now, holiday decorations are up in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
Its October, and while we may be in the middle of singing, “This is Halloween!” on a loop for spooky season, that means the holidays are just around the corner!
