We’ve seen some BIG changes in Disney World since reopening that have greatly altered the parks as we once knew them.
Magic Kingdom
Since Disney World has been continuing forward with its health and safety initiatives, high-touch surfaces have been reduced in the parks and capacity has been limited. Mask requirements, temperature checks, and more are completely new, but there have been some big virtual changes as well.

While we’re anxiously waiting to snag all those Figment and Chef Minnie items coming soon, the Food and Wine Festival is also bringing back more food booths across EPCOT. Of course, we couldn’t resist taking you with us to check out the returning and brand new menus at the booths on their OPENING DAY. While we already stopped over at The Alps, we’re heading over for a l’il taste of Spain in EPCOT too!

Well, now the restaurant in Disney Springs has just added four more reasons for why you should give the spot a try.
Now that Magic Kingdom park is open again to guests, we decided to mosey on over Pecos Bill Tale Tale Inn and Cafe to see what we could rustle up!
Pecos Bill
Put on your cowboy boots (but, like, not really because it’s Florida and it is HOT!!) and settle in while we tell a tale of our time in the Wild West! Pecos Bill’s (as it’s more commonly known) is nestled in the heart of Frontierland and has long been a fan-favorite quick service dining location at Magic Kingdom park.
Although we can’t pass up a good sit-down meal in Disney World, a quick snack in the morning has been the way to go in the parks (especially with Mobile Order becoming the prime ordering option right now).
Cosmic Ray’s
Although we’ve seen plenty of Dole Whips make their return to the parks, like the I Lava You Float and Kakamora Float, Disney has brought back yet another fan-favorite snack to Magic Kingdom.
Our Disney World diet has consisted of Dole Whips, Dole Whips, and more Dole Whips ever since the parks reopened.
Raspberry Dole Whip
Although we’ve been rotating the Raspberry Dole Whip, Peter Pan Float, and Kakamora Float with our other Dole Whip picks, Magic Kingdom has brought back yet another float that you’re going to want to try ASAP!
If there’s a new dessert, you can bet your Disney buttons that we’re ALL over it. Lately, we’ve been sipping on sweet drinks like the Chipotle Pineapple Margarita and the two new fruity drinks at Starbucks, but now we’re shifting gears to talk cake.
The Wave
Since Disney World hasn’t reopened all of its restaurants or resorts just yet, we’ve been keeping up with each of the spots opening again around the area. Although many quick-service and table-service places have reduced their menus during the initial stages of Disney’s reopening, we spotted a returning item… just not where we expected to find it!
Sunshine, sweet animals, and a drink in hand — that sounds like a pretty good way to spend our day in Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

As we ease into the park’s new set of hours for September through November, Animal Kingdom has been one of the best places to visit for lower wait times, cleaning supplies (!!!), and even construction for new structures at our favorite attractions.
