Disney World is seemingly ever-changing, and with that comes saying goodbye to fan-favorite attractions and dining experiences.
At the 2023 Destination D23 event, Disney shared a few new things that would be coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. For new things to come to Animal Kingdom, it’s likely that we’ll have to say goodbye to some old favorites.

Each season brings in a new festival, which allows guests to indulge in a whole new assortment of food, drinks, and even activities. It’s meet and greet season in Disney World!
Okay, that’s not really a thing, but we have seen a few new character interactions pop up in Disney World lately, from Figment to Mirabel and more. Disney doesn’t seem to have plans to slow down anytime soon, either, because another new meet and greet has officially opened in EPCOT — come check it out with us!
Good food, festive drinks, live music…yeah, EPCOT knows how to show its guests a good time.

With all those seasonal holiday parties, anniversaries, festivals, and more, there’s pretty much always some kind of exciting event happening in the parks. Currently, we’re in the middle of The Walt Disney Company’s 100th Anniversary, and we’ve already tried plenty of new treats, shopped the new merch, and checked out the new entertainment — but it looks like MORE just arrived in Disney World!
Magic Kingdom is FULL of excellent live entertainment.
In that park alone, you can catch the Dapper Dans singing on Main Street, U.S.A., Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire on the castle stage, and the Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade rolling down the streets in the evening. However, perhaps the most popular offering is the Festival of Fantasy Parade which runs through the park.
