Who wants a FREE trip to Disney World?

Welcome to Disney World!
This is not a drill — you have a chance to win a free trip to Disney World! Let’s not waste any time and take a look at the details.
It’s officially Halloween, or at least it is in Disney World (and who are we to argue with Disney), so Happy Halloween! The Halloween decorations have finally gone up, and the first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has arrived.
Speaking of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, we found a little perk that we bet you might not have known about. Now this perk is for Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members, who can already get a discount on party tickets, but there’s a freebie you can grab while at select parties: a Halloween tote!
Disney Vacation Club members get way more perks than just being able to stay in Disney hotels all across the world. DVC members also get access to certain discounts, exclusive merchandise, special events, early previews of rides, and so much more.
However, from August 14th through September 16th, Disney hosts its Welcome Home Weeks, and with this event, DVC members get even MORE perks, including FREE snacks (yep, FREE) plus 40% off select table service restaurants in Disney World.
It is time for another look at the progress made on Disney World’s newest hotel, Disney Lakeshore Lodge.
While this new hotel isn’t expected to open until 2027, it is always interesting to take a look at the progress being made. This hotel will be a new Disney Vacation Club Resort hotel, and it is located right by Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.
Been toying around with the idea of becoming a Disney Vacation Club member? We’ve been there.
DVC is essentially Disney’s timeshare program, in a way — it allows members the opportunity to lock in their “future vacations at today’s purchase price.” Unlike a traditional timeshare program, members are not “locked in” to a particular Disney destination, Resort, style of accommodation, season of travel, or length of stay. Instead, Members utilize a Vacation Points system, which offers more flexibility. If you’ve been thinking of becoming a member, but haven’t totally been sold, you’ll want to check out this NEW deal that just landed online!
Aloha from Disney’s Aulani Resort and Spa!
Aulani is a Disney Vacation Club Resort located in Ko Olina, Hawaii, on the island of Oahu. This resort is breathtaking and is home to some good eats as well as touches of Disney! Just like Disney World, Aulani offers a character meal during breakfast at their family-friendly restaurant, Makahiki — The Bounty of the Islands.
Aulani, Disney’s resort and spa in Ko Olina, Hawaii, is a tropical paradise that, of course, has a touch of Disney magic!
Not only is this resort beautiful, but it is also home to some delicious eats like Mickey Mouse-shaped shaved ice and Mickey Mouse-shaped Spam musubi. We recently stopped by Aulani’s family-friendly restaurant, Makahiki — The Bounty of the Islands, for dinner, and we are taking you along with us! Let’s get into it!
Aulani, Disney’s resort and spa in Ko Olina, Hawaii, offers a tropical island getaway with a hint of Disney magic!
While this is considered a Disney Vacation Club resort, anyone can stay here! You can choose to stay in DVC style as they offer Deluxe Studios, One Bedroom Villas, Two Bedroom Villas, and Three Bedroom Villas. There are also standard rooms along with suites. We recently went to visit this beautiful resort, and we are taking you along for a tour of a Standard Room with a Poolside Garden View!

Becoming a Disney Vacation Club member can be a rewarding experience for future Disney World and Disneyland vacation stays (and it doesn’t hurt when the perks just keep coming)! But, even though these perks and discounts might be a huge part of the program that attracts members to sign up, it’s also seemed to spark a new problem that Disney is looking to crack down on SOON!
A change is coming to Disney’s Hawaiian resort!
Aulani, the company’s resort in Ko Olina, Hawaii, recently confirmed some alterations to its housekeeping policy, which went into effect at the end of May.
