Aulani is Disney’s resort in Hawaii, and we recently stopped by to see if the resort is still as good as we remember, so we’re checking out everything! Next up on our list is a little something sweet.
Okay, we have some favorite snacks in Disney World, and if you’ve been hanging with us for a while, you probably know a lot of them.

Some of those favorite snacks include cinnamon rolls because…well, you just can’t beat a cinnamonny ball of dough with icing on top for breakfast…or any other part of the day. We’ve talked a lot about the Colossal Cinnamon Roll in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, as well as the Warm Cinnamon Roll from Gaston’s Tavern in Magic Kingdom. Well, a new cinnamon roll has entered the arena, and it has come out swinging!
There are a lot of hidden food gems throughout Disney World, and you might just stumble across a few during your trip. Some of these gems are at Disney World Resorts, and you might not want to travel to another resort to try them out. If you’re staying at the hotel, there are some restaurants you won’t want to skip, and we found one of them.

Who’s hungry?
Flavors of Florida is happening now at Disney Springs, and it’s filled with some of the best flavors and recipes built with locally-sourced Floridian favorites. Not only is this limited-time event built with meals and drinks that can appeal to all kinds of taste buds, but there are even a few sweet treats, and exclusive culinary demonstrations you can attend for FREE featuring notable chefs from Disney Springs restaurants. So when we noticed one of our favorite new restaurants at Disney World added a few new offerings just for this event, we couldn’t keep ourselves from stopping by!

When it comes to dining at a buffet in Disney World, it can be touch and go. Some buffets are excellent and among our favorite foods in Disney World (yes, we’re talking about Boma). Some buffets are the ones we go to mostly just to see characters, meaning the food is usually secondary (Chef Mickey’s, we’re looking at you).
Cape May Cafe
However, there’s a buffet in Disney World that specializes in seafood, and we rarely see anyone talking about it. So we’re going to head on over to Disney’s Beach Club Resort to have dinner at Cape May Cafe.
Now is a GREAT time of year to head to Disney Springs, because there are even MORE dining options than usual!
