Planning a Disney trip can be a stressful experience.
Disneyland Monorail
From park tickets to hotels, dining, transportation, and more — there’s a lot to keep track of. And, since no two days are alike in the Disney parks, things can get a little confusing. That’s why we’re here to let you know about an important closure that could impact your next trip to Disneyland!
The Disneyland Monorail will be closing for a brief refurbishment on March 20th, 2023! It will reopen a few days later on March 24th, but if you’re heading to Disneyland during this time — make sure you keep this in mind and find alternate transportation.

Disney didn’t share what sort of refurbishment the monorail would be receiving, but we often see certain experiences become unavailable when routine maintenance is required — which might be the case here!
