There’s been a new development in the lawsuit by Disney against Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and members of the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District Board.

Back in April, Disney announced their lawsuit against the governor and board members, stating that “a targeted campaign of government retaliation—orchestrated at every step by Governor DeSantis as punishment for Disney’s protected speech—now threatens Disney’s business operations, jeopardizes its economic future in the region, and violates its constitutional rights.” Lawyers for Gov. DeSantis have been working to disqualify the judge presiding over the case, and that judge has now stepped down, but he did so for reasons other than the ones put forward by the lawyers.

EPCOT is enchanting after dark!
Many of the Disney World parks have started offering After Hours events, which are separately ticketed events that offer guests access to the park after most guests are gone. This means low wait times, free snacks, and the ability to feel like you have the park nearly to yourself. Now it’s time for EPCOT to join the After Hours party!
One of the biggest reasons to attend an After Hours event is the LOW wait times and crowd levels. Walk-on rides and a practically empty park?! Sign us up. Come with us to see how the crowds were during the first-ever EPCOT After Hours event.
The Disney Dining Plan is finally RETURNING, but it’s not quite the same as it was before.

We’ve been waiting a long time for the popular Disney Dining Plan to return, and we know a lot of you have been, too! Two Dining Plans will be returning in 2024 — the Quick Service Dining Plan and the Standard Dining Plan. You can book those plans NOW for vacations that start on or after January 9th, 2024 (note that you must book the plans as part of a vacation package unless you’re an Annual Passholder or DVC Member).
