We’ve had cupcakes that have surprised us, along with nachos, cookies, and drinks! But today’s big surprise was heading to one of our favorite ice cream shops at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and NOT getting ice cream, but ordering up morning cocktails instead! Say what?
It was only a few years ago when Disney’s Hollywood Studios was barely a blip on anyone’s radar, and many travel sites called it a half-day park at best.

We took a stroll around the glitz and glamour of the bustling young movie town this week. Here, we found new merchandise and had a VERY interesting experience with the Rise of the Resistance Boarding Group proccess.
One of the most popular rides at Disney World is Rise of the Resistance in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

It’s such a hot ticket item that Disney has a special boarding process in place where guests must join a virtual queue to get a boarding group via the My Disney Experience app. TYPICALLY the boarding groups vanish in mere SECONDS…but not today.

It’s still a few weeks away, but Park Pass reservations for some guests are already filling up for Valentine’s Day weekend.
After Disney World reopened following its lengthy closure in 2020, it was a LOT different than it used to be! But even after being reopened for 6 months, we’ve seen a lot of changes at the parks!

Around Disney World, you’ll find jewelry, Minnie ears, hats, and everything in-between to add a little Disney style to your park wardrobe. The only problem is trying to decide which accessory to buy! Today we spotted a new souvenir that could make the decision a bit easier (especially for kiddos) — it’s a hat, Mickey ears, and a tiara all in one!
So far, we’ve already seen some awesome Minnie ears released this year, including sparkly Valentine’s Day ones and Annual Passholder exclusive ears.
