When Disney California Adventure partially reopens for select shopping and dining tomorrow, some things are going to be a LOT different.

For starters, guests can only visit Buena Vista Street for select shopping and dining experiences — no attractions will be open. And some of those stores and restaurants are going to look pretty different than before Disneyland Resort closed.

Jedi robes, droids, plushes of weird galactic animals, if it’s Star Wars related, they’ve probably got it! We’ve especially been loving the lightsabers and lightsaber accessories! You can build your own saber at Savi’s Workshop, or you can buy one that’s already made. And if you’ve got a lightsaber (or an interest in buying one), there’s a great sale on blades in Galaxy’s Edge TODAY!
Walt Disney World reopened with new health and safety guidelines to promote physical distancing in the theme parks.
Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway Posted Wait Time
The attractions were modified with distanced seating or received plexiglass barriers between rows. Crowds were considerably lower in the first few months of reopening. Hooray! It’s Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse’s birthdays! We’re celebrating today with some special desserts and virtual events, but Disney has shared a birthday surprise of their own.

Earlier today, Disney shared that the iconic Partners statue in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland Park AND the amazing Storytellers statue in Disney California Adventure have BOTH been restored and are looking better than ever. Check out the photos of what they look like now!
