It’s time to haul out the holly, because it’s Christmas season at Walt Disney World!

We’ve seen decorations at all four of the theme parks and several resorts so far, including: Wilderness Lodge, the Grand Floridian, and Bay Lake Tower! Now we have three more resorts to add to that list: Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. We stopped by to check out their festive additions, and now we’ve got all the pics to share with you!

With construction updates, holiday decorations, and tons of new snacks and merch, we’ve had so much to share! Today, we’re taking a trip to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge to find out what’s new since our last visit. Twende! (That means “let’s go”!)

And we’ve eaten so many amazing holiday snacks lately, including a poinsettia cake, the super-chocolatey Yuletide Wishes, a holiday yule log, and the Fa La La Funnel Cake. The holidays have definitely arrived in Disney World!
With so many new holiday offerings in the parks and resorts, we definitely want to keep our readers updated on the latest and greatest!

Yesterday we stopped by Disney’s Wilderness Lodge to check out the Christmas decorations and to see if there was anything else new at the resort — let’s check it out!
Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen Christmas and holiday decor pop up all around Walt Disney World!

It started in the parks and recently began spreading to the resorts, with decorations going up yesterday at Bay Lake Tower and Wilderness Lodge. Today, the fanciest of the Disney resorts has gotten its holiday makeover! Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa now has their over-the-top decor, but they’re missing something BIG this year!

Christmas in Magic Kingdom
Christmas decorations arrived in Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs last week, and now they’re making their way to the resorts! Even though there are no over-the-top gingerbread displays this year, we’re still excited to see what festivities are in store. Today we stopped by Disney’s Wilderness Lodge to find that it had sprung to life with Christmas cheer!

When we visited Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort today, we spotted Christmas trees, festive garland, and all kinds of other beautiful holiday decorations. Come with us on a virtual trip to this Disney Vacation Club resort now for some holiday fun!
While all of Disney World’s reopened restaurants now feature similar health and safety measures, such as distanced tables, QR code menus, and increased sanitization, a few dining locations have really stood out to us as examples of the BEST of Disney World dining post-closures. Some may offer outdoor dining, while others may be rare character interaction opportunities, but in our minds, a few deserve a shout out.
