Walt Disney World is gearing up to reopen in just a few weeks!
But just because guests can start staying at select resort hotels and enjoy the theme parks doesn’t mean EVERY Disney travel experience is going to reopen soon.
With all of the information coming out about the reopening of Disney World, from theme park reservations to Epcot Food and Wine Festival changes, it’s been a busy week for Disney news!
And based on a press release from the Cruise Lines International Association, we might be getting an update from Disney Cruise Line soon as well!
We’re already SO EXCITED for the new Gideon’s Bakehouse location coming to Disney Springs later this year!
Seriously, if you haven’t tasted these cookies yet, they need to make their way to the top of your must-eat list! The Gideon’s location in Disney Springs will offer an expanded menu of cookies and cake slices, plus their own line of unique coffees!
While Disneyland has already extended the expiration dates for its park tickets, we’ve been waiting to hear about other types of tickets including Military Salute Tickets.
So far, there hasn’t been any word on whether or not these tickets would be extended. But today, Disneyland has updated its website and provided new details on when 2020 Military Salute Tickets are set to expire.
Grab your hat, fife, and drum! We just spotted a spectacular new display at World of Disney today!
That’s right — it’s almost time to celebrate Independence Day (the 4th of July is mere weeks away!) so get ready for this pageant of new merch filled with patriotic SPLENDOR!
Due to Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival being cut short this year, a lot of Annual Passholders didn’t get the chance to snag their beloved AP magnet!
We’ve been receiving inquires from Annual Passholders about AP magnets just about every day and every time we’ve tried to find answers for you, we’ve hit a brick wall — UNTIL TODAY!
Disney World has released more information for Annual Passholders about the reopening of the theme parks.
With the announcement of the new Disney Park Pass theme park reservation system today, Disney has elaborated on how it will work for Annual Passholders. We knew that Passholders would be limited in the new system, but now we know more about the protocols. Disney World Passholders will be limited to 3 days of theme park reservations at one time.
Kermit once said, “the best way to find happiness is to stop looking so hard.” Well, today, we spotted an adorable Loungefly wristlet at World of Disney that stopped us in our tracks!
In February, we were delighted by the Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog Loungefly Backpacks, but now we are working with a whole new animal. 😉
Disney World has just announced the dates of its annual passholder previews!
But Disney World APs aren’t the only folks who’ll be welcomed back before the parks reopen to the general public!
While we’ve been busy becoming masters of Disney World’s new reservation system (check out our tutorial here!), we’ve also been trying to figure out who will have access to park reservations when it goes live on June 22nd.
So far, we’ve been able to confirm guests staying at Disney’s Swan and Dolphin Resort (which is owned by Marriott) will have the same access as guests staying at Disney-owned hotels.
