We don’t know the opening date for Terralina Crafted Italian… yet.
But we do know a few things about this new restaurant coming soon to Disney Springs! Terralina is replacing what was once Portobello Country Italian Trattoria. Fortunately, Chef Tony Mantuano — James Beard Award Winner — is returning from Portobello to create Terralina’s menu, and will be joined once more by Chef Justin Plank who will run the kitchen.
Okay, so Halloween is over, and Christmas decor is going up all over Walt Disney World (most noticeably in Hollywood Studios, which you can catch over on our Instagram!). But before we get knee deep in snowmen and Santa hats, we’ve gotta try the brand new Candy Corn Margarita being poured over at the Hollywood Studios pop-up bars!
This seasonal drink is crafted from Patron Silver Tequila, Stoli Vanil Vodka, Fanta Orange, and a splash of Lemonade. And it comes with a glow cube! [Read more…]
The Disney Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure Park in Disneyland Resort will run from November 10, 2017, through January 7, 2018, celebrating the season with special entertainment, music, and FOOD! You can read all about the various experiences that make up the Festival here. But in the meantime, the merry elves at Disneyland Resort are already getting prepared for the second annual celebration!
Twelve Festival Marketplace Booths have made their way to Disney California Adventure (with more to come!). And there are SEVERAL new booths making up the list this year, including Chips, Breads & Holiday Spreads (pictured above), and Joy to the Sauce (pictured below)!

OK, for serious. I’m just going to say it. This is the BEST food in Disneyland. Believe me, Napa Rose is incredible, Steakhouse 55 slays, and Club 33 is amazing. I’ve been to all three many times. But if I only have one meal to eat in Disneyland, it’s going to be this one.
We all know that Disney restaurants can be maddeningly inconsistent, but this one? Always good. And these particular menu items are home-runs every single time. It’s a good day for a visit to Cafe Orleans in Disneyland, don’t you think?
Located in New Orleans Square, this casual Table Service restaurant serves consistently killer NOLA French Quarter-inspired fare with a little bonus panache.
New Orleans Square, for those who haven’t been, is so fun. It’s always Mardi Gras here, people! Big masks, oversized beads, and beautiful architectural details make this place a magnet for visitors to the Happiest Place on Earth.
And Cafe Orleans is right in the heart of things.
Cafe Orleans is a pretty classy joint. Think stained glass and elegant decor (by theme park standards). It all starts outside. [Read more…]

We got word about Maria & Enzo’s (formerly rumored to be “Mario & Enzo’s) in August — it’s an Italian Trattoria that will be located adjacent to the upcoming Edison Complex this winter. Today, we’re excited to report that not only has Maria & Enzo’s been confirmed, but there is MORE news to share about restaurant and bar concepts coming to the location!
The three restaurants will form a complete complex, but each will feature their own unique menus, with a focus on Italian cuisine. Like The Edison, the concepts are being created by the Patina Restaurant Group (PRG).

I had the Deluxe Disney Dining Plan on a recent visit, so I was hitting up all the 2-credits I could find!! And today, we’re heading back to that bastion of Old Hollywood Glamor, The Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Have you ever dined here? The Hollywood Brown Derby is notable for a few reasons. First, it’s the only signature dining experience that you can enjoy within Disney’s Hollywood Studios (although that’s likely to change with the opening of Galaxy’s Edge, the Star Wars-themed land coming to the park in 2019).
And fans of the restaurant’s signature dishes, like the original Hollywood Brown Derby Cobb Salad, are always quick to advocate for this spot.
My experiences here have been hit or miss, but I’ve enjoyed the addition of The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge in recent years.
But since it had been a while since I’d been to the Derby, I decided to make it a priority on my most recent Disney World visit to make an advance dining reservation to see the latest. Here we go!
The Hollywood Brown Derby is located on Hollywood Boulevard, and anchors one end of the street that channels the glamour of Hollywood’s Golden Age.
The original Brown Derby was actually a chain of restaurants, but the one that you see here is a replica of the location at 1628 North Vine Street. This location was closest to the studios, and became a bit of a Hollywood icon itself. [Read more…]
