Yesterday we shared a look at the looks coming to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in regards to Cast Member costumes and uniforms. Today, Disney has also released a photo gallery and more information about the significance in Black Spire Outpost of these unique costume styles.
Cast Members in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will be “residents of the planet Batuu and carrying out their daily lives in Black Spire Outpost.” And the efforts towards authenticity will come through in the costumes of the Black Spire villagers, members of the Resistance, and The First Order. Even within those groups, the costumes will be varied and customizable. “Different styles and colors for pants and shirts, and optional accessories like scarves, hats and even necklaces, will allow Cast to mix and match to create [and] individualize their part of our Star Wars story.” [Read more…]

Yesterday, we brought you a Sneak Peek of the 2019 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival, which begins on March 6, 2019. And today we’ve got information to share specifically for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders… because you’ve got some Passholder Perks coming your way!
Are you hoping to add to your Annual Passholder Magnet collection? Well, make room for TWO more, because Annual Passholders can pick up the Pluto Magnet from March 6 – April 10. Then the Daisy Magnet will be available from April 11 – June 3rd.
The magnet is complimentary on your first visit to the Festival. Visit either Mouse Gear or Port of Entry to pick up your magnet, and note that these will be available while supplies last.
And a Passholder-exclusive Pluto Cookie will be available for purchase on March 6, while a Passholder-exclusive Daisy Cookie will be available on April 11 at Taste Track.
