A couple of days ago, we noticed the Disney Springs’ food trucks had rolled back into town!

But with the exception of 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck, all these mini-restaurants (on wheels!) have remained closed in Disney Springs — until TODAY!

We can’t believe ALL the locations that opened in Disney Springs today. These locations include Pin Traders, Goofy’s Candy Company, The Art of Disney, Days of Christmas, Candy Cauldron, Ever After, Dockside Margaritas and DisneyStyle.

Yesterday Vivoli il Gelato reopened its Disney Springs location along with The Vivoli il Gelato Cart!

But we knew we’d find our way back here today because it’s the gelateria’s 5-year anniversary!
Moments ago we reported Goofy’s Candy Company has just reopened in the Disney Springs Marketplace!

But another spot to grab a Mickey Krispy Treat, Caramel Apple, or other sugary delight has just reopened on Disney Springs’ West Side! That’s right — Candy Cauldron is back, you guys! Let’s go check it out!
We’ve noticed several Disney Springs businesses have reopened for the first time since March today including one of our favorite margarita joints!

And we also saw a spot that’s reopening for its second time around after rather strangely closing up again a few days ago!
It’s like a whole new world has opened up at Disney World today since May 20th when only a few Disney Springs spots reopened.

And while we’ve been waiting for stores like Ever After Jewelry Co. & Accessories as well as Goofy’s Candy Company to reopen, we weren’t quite expecting to see this spot resume its margarita-making business so quickly!

We’d be lying if we said we weren’t already feeling a little STUFFED after all the delicious snacks we’ve tasted at Disney Springs lately including Starbucks’ new Campfire Cold Brew, Picnic Punch, and the newly reopened Vivoli il Gelato’s Birthday Cake Shake which comes topped with an entire cupcake!
