Castle Stage Show During Very Merriest After Hours
Due to the global pandemic in 2020, Disney World canceled their usual holiday party that year. Then, in 2021, Disney World replaced its usual Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party with Disney’s Very Merriest After Hours Event. For 2022, we’ve been waiting on the news about which event would be returning this year, and we’re thrilled to share that Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is coming BACK this holiday season!
Ever since Disney Genie+ was introduced last year, it’s been…controversial to say the least. Disney Genie+ and Lighting Lanes replaced the previous FastPass+ system and Disney guests have lots of opinions about this change.

Did you know that you can golf at Walt Disney World?
Disney’s Palm & Magnolia Golf Course
You can! Disney World has three golf courses; Disney’s Magnolia Golf Course, Disney’s Palm Golf Course, and Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course. Disney offers classes to young golfers, and DVC members can save pretty big on golf lessons as well. Back in April, we saw Disney’s Magnolia Golf Course close for refurbishment, and now we have a look at how the course will be when it opens back up!
We are several months into the largest celebration Disney World has ever seen, and it’s not slowing down any time soon!

Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration lasts for 18 months and although we’re only partway through, we’ve seen original 50th Anniversary snacks get replaced with other newer 50th Anniversary snacks and new merchandise like you wouldn’t believe. We’re on the lookout for new finds, and recently, we found one of our favorite Disney birds on a piece of 50th Anniversary merch in Magic Kingdom!

Change is inevitable in Disney World.
The BOATHOUSE
Attractions and experiences close, new attractions open, parks get makeovers, and menus change. Over the past few years, many of the menu changes we’ve seen, however, have come in the form of price increases. Now, ANOTHER Disney World restaurant will cost a bit more the next time you eat there.
When Disney World brought back traditional character meet and greets, we were THRILLED to finally be able to hug, high-five, and get autographs once again.

But, not every character meet and greet came back at once, as Disney is rolling them out in phases. Disney just announced that even MORE characters are coming back to the parks, and we’re sharing everything you need to know!
Traditional meet and greets have returned to Disney World!
Mickey and Minnie
That’s right! You can now meet and greet — and HUG — many characters in the parks again. We’re also seeing more meet and greets return every day — most recently, Mickey and Minnie started greeting guests again at Adventurer’s Outpost in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Now, Minnie will be joining Mickey in another spot to greet guests!
