But now that Disney World theme parks are set to begin a phased reopening starting on July 11th, several Disney World resorts have also released their resumptive dates.
For the last few months, we’ve seen many large public gatherings canceled. Disney World’s 2020 Star Wars Rival Run Weekend was canceled in March.
And earlier this month, 2020’s Star Wars Celebration was canceled while Disneyland After Dark Star Wars Nite was also delayed.
All Disney World construction projects stopped shorty after the parks closed on March 16th — which seems like such a long time ago!
But now that many of Disney’s resort hotels reopened on June 22nd, and the Disney World parks have opening dates — Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom on July 11th followed by Epcot and Hollywood Studios on July 15th — we’ve seen work on several job sites resume!
