Beginning on August 10th, the Convention Center at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort will begin a planned refurbishment.
When we’re staying at a Disney World resort, there’s one thing we can’t miss out on. It’s not the parks, or even the food, but the gift shop!
We love staying at the All-Star resorts for Disney magic at a great price. But Disney has thrown a wrench in our plans – the gift shop of a popular All-Star resort at Disney World is under construction from now until August!
This could be a big damper on your Disney vacation!

Disney is constantly changing with major updates like the Test Track Refurbishment, the impending end of DinoLand, U.S.A. and the upcoming Monsters, Inc. Land! While these are all major changes to expect soon on your Disney vacation, there’s one refurbishment that might impact you right now.
The weather is warming up in Florida, and it’s finally nice enough to hit the pool! After a few busy days in Disney World, it can be nice to relax at your resort and lounge by the water. Unfortunately, though, February and March are typically the months when Disney resorts, pools, and attractions undergo a little temporary refurbishment.
