Should I Bring My Kids to the Epcot Food and Wine Festival?
Want to know the short answer? We say: Yes!
But why? Well… lots of reasons!
There’s still morning in Future World! Don’t forget — first and foremost, Epcot is still a theme park. Listen, I know that they’ve gone a little bonkers with the whole festival thing (not that we mind at all), but at the end of the day — or rather, at the beginning — Epcot is still a park with cool rides and educational attractions.
Don’t forget to spend some time exploring and reacquainting yourself with Soarin’, Test Track, Mission Space, and more! (We, for one, are constantly amazed by how many kiddos love Living With the Land, too!) [Read more…]
Minnie Mouse has been hosting some pretty fun dinner parties at Hollywood and Vine Restaurant in Hollywood Studios for a while now.
Minnie’s Seasonal Dine kicked off in November of 2015. This Character Meal gives guests the chance to enjoy dinner — with themes changing according to the time of year — with Minnie, Mickey, Daisy, Donald, and Goofy.
And soon, there will be even more opportunities to join Minnie and the gang for some festive fun. Because, starting May 14, 2017, Minnie’s Seasonal Dine will be offered for lunch as well as dinner! (Advance Dining Reservations are anticipated to open February 1st for this experience).
Currently, lunch at Hollywood and Vine features Disney Junior Play ’n Dine with Disney Junior characters such as Jake from Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Sofia the First, Doc McStuffins, and Handy Manny. [Read more…]

It’s time to head back over to Hollywood and Vine! No, not the famous Tinseltown intersection. We’re talking about a cool character dining experience at Walt Disney World’s Hollywood Studios!
A while back, I reviewed the character breakfast at Hollywood and Vine, and was pleasantly surprised to find pretty good food with some interesting flavor options.
This go around, we decided to sleep in a bit and stop by for lunch. I was interested to see if the trend of good food quality and fun character interaction would continue.

Hollywood and Vine is located near Echo Lake; hang a left off of Hollywood Boulevard from the park’s entrance, and you’re there!
When we arrived for our advanced dining reservation, there was already a crowd at the podium to check in!

Once inside, you see which Disney Junior characters you might meet, courtesy of this triptych, which looks like a giant picture book.
This is a good time to explain [Read more…]
