Disney Park Pass reservations for December have been filling for some time. Recently, we saw added availability in all four parks for the first few weeks of the month and now MORE of December has become available.
The Christmas season is coming up in Disney World and that means it’s about time for the BUSIEST season of the year.

Of course, the holidays won’t look quite as busy this year with the limited capacity and demand due to the global health crisis, but we’ve still seen Disney Park Pass theme park reservations fill up pretty quickly for December. If you missed out on your reservation, we’ve got good news today!
After Disney World’s reopening, we slowly began to see weekend park pass availability beginning to fill up for Annual Passholders on a regular basis, particularly with Disney’s Hollywood Studios. (Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is still a HUGE draw.)

And most recently, we noticed that weekends in October were beginning to fill up for Annual Passholders.
It seems like Disney World is getting a lot busier on weekends. We expected it on holiday weekends like Labor Day for example, but it looks like that’s extended into the rest of the year, too.
Hollywood Studios
Since the theme parks reopened, Annual Passholders (and other guests) have had to snag a Disney Park Pass reservations before entering the park. Reservations, especially for Disney’s Hollywood Studios have been filling up FAST. Thus meaning APs are having to book weeks, and sometimes months in advance if they’re looking to visit Hollywood Studios.

If so, there are plenty of other people that agree with you, as evidenced by the fact that the required Disney Park Pass reservations for guests to enter a park continue to fill up on Halloween for one group of ticket holders: Annual Passholders. Magic Kingdom was completely booked for October 31st for Annual Passholders by mid-August, with Disney’s Hollywood Studios following suit later in the month. As you probably know, entrance into the Disney World parks right now requires BOTH valid park admission AND a Disney Park Pass theme park reservation.

We’ve been keeping a close eye on the availability of Disney Park Passes as time goes on. Annual Passholders especially have had to contend with booked-up days more than a month in advance in some cases. Now, we’re starting to see some parks run out of reservations for the next few weeks in all ticket categories, so we’re bringing you a September Disney Park Pass update!
In order to enter the newly reopened Disney World parks, all guests must have a Disney Park Pass reservation, in addition to valid park admission.

There are separate reservation calendars for Disney World Resort guests, regular ticket holders, and Annual Passholders. We have noticed that while the reservations can go quickly, occasionally additional availability has opened up.

As you may have noticed, when the Disney Park Pass reservation system launched, Annual Passholder availability went pretty quickly. Since then, the pickings have been slim for any Annual Passholder who wants to visit in the next month or so. A few days ago, Disney announced that they would be increasing availability for Annual Passholders and now that availability is here!
