Confectionery Treats Around Disney World
Oh boy! Confectionery cases in Disney World can be dangerous! It’s difficult to pass up on any of these treats! Confectionery locations include Main Street Confectionery in Magic Kingdom, Goofy’s Candy Co. and Candy Cauldron in Disney Springs, Zuri’s Sweets Shop in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Screen Door General Store on Disney’s Boardwalk.
We’ve spotted lots of sweet treats in some of these bakery cases including a Pumpkin Pie made of Pumpkin Spice Flavored Rice Krispie Treats!
There’s also a Mickey-shaped Rice Krispie Treat that is pumpkin spice flavored.
We’ve also spotted the return of Pumpkin Fudge! YUM!
It truly is one of our all time favorite pumpkin treats!
If you love cupcakes, then you’ll love the Minnie (and Mickey!) Candy Corn Cupcakes!
The Spider Web Mickey Cookie is a GIANT treat that can definitely be shared with friends or family.
Looking for a cheat-cheat? Check out our Halloween Snack Checklist. Our printable checklist breaks down the seasonal treats at each of the four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. With this checklist in hand, you’ll be able to keep everything organized and make sure that you don’t miss any of your favorites.
We’re still munching our way through Disney World so be sure to check back with us often to see what new snacks we’ve been able to try!
If you’re looking for some decoration inspiration (we WISH our homes could look as cute as Disney World at Halloween) then you’ll LOVE all of the fall and Halloween decor that’s made it’s way to Disney World.
We spotted some of it early on in Magic Kingdom, and some of it even started popping up earlier this week in pieces — but as of yesterday, the iconic Mickey Jack-O’-Lanterns are UP in Magic Kingdom (truly, we got a bit teary-eyed seeing it all).
Over at Disney Springs, we got a glimpse of the fall decorations today, but a fan-favorite piece was missing!
We’ve also spotted some smaller fall decorations over in hotels like Fort Wilderness.
We’re always on the lookout for more Halloween decorations, so come back for all the latest updates!
Let’s rip this one off like a bandaid — Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has in fact been canceled for this year.
Over on the entertainment front, we may or may not have cried when we heard the Boo-To-You soundtrack play as some of our favorite characters strolled down Main Street, U.S.A. in their Halloween costumes in the new Halloween cavalcades.
There is a Nightmare Before Christmas cavalcade, one featuring Mickey and friends, and another with some of your favorite Disney Villains.
Pooh and his friends also made their way down Main Street in the trolley looking spookier and cuter than ever! And, we spotted characters on the train station and Chip ‘n’ Dale in costume in Frontierland!
Soon, we’ll also be able to see the Dapper Dans, as their alter egos the Cadaver Dans, performing in Disney World.
Some of the Cast Members are even in on the entertainment in Magic Kingdom.
Themed PhotoPass photos are also being offered during this spooky time, so be on the lookout for that!
If you want to join your Disney friends with costumes of your own, you’ll be able to dress up in the park this year! For the first time, guests of all ages will be able to wear Halloween costumes during Magic Kingdom’s regular operating hours.
Over on the merchandise front, it would be nearly IMPOSSIBLE for us to share ALL of the Halloween merchandise we’ve spotted in Disney World and online in one spot! But, here are a few of them:
Yesterday we found some spooktacular pins featuring Max and Roxanne from A Goofy Movie; Huey, Dewey, and Louie; the CUTEST Pooh and Piglet we’ve like ever seen (!!), and more! Is that Orange Bird as a pumpkin? Oh man — our wallets are in serious danger.
If you’re more of a Pandora charms person, then you’ll LOVE the new Mickey Pumpkin Halloween Charm.
WOW. That was a LOT of Halloween. And it’s only SEPTEMBER! The Halloween fun is truly just getting started, so be sure to come back to DFB for ALL the Halloween updates!
