There are tons of wonderful restaurants to experience around Disney World, Disneyland, and beyond. If you love Disney food as much as we do, then you’re probably just as excited as we are about the new restaurants Disney has announced. Let’s do a quick recap and run through them all!
There are a LOT of places to eat in Disney World.
Magic Kingdom
The issue is, not all Disney World restaurants are created equal, so it’s possible you may not have a great meal when there could have been a new meal a few minutes away. That’s why we’re here — to help you decide where to eat (among many other things). However, there’s one restaurant in each of the Disney parks that can usually please everyone.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is kicking off next month, on August 11th, 2023. There will be lots of entertainment, a special fireworks show, characters in costumes, and tons of themed snacks. If those snacks aren’t enough to satisfy you during the event, though, you can also make dining reservations to have a sit-down meal DURING the party!

They are all pretty iconic Magic Kingdom snacks. Whether you’re looking for a sit-down meal or would prefer to eat on the go, there are lots of food options in Disney World’s most popular park to choose from. Columbia Harbour House, a quick service location in Liberty Square, typically is a great spot when you’re trying to please a variety of tastes. Crystal Palace
The Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom reopened in 2020 as a family-style meal, and the buffet returned in late 2021. However, this whole time there’s been one very important element that’s MISSING from this table service restaurant: the characters! Be Our Guest
We recently saw that Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom’s Fantasyland extended its hours so that this spot now opens at 10AM. This change made us hopeful that some breakfast or brunch options could be returning to the menu with the earlier opening time. Be Our Guest restaurant
Be Our Guest Restaurant is located in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom. This spot transports guests to the Beast’s castle from Beauty and the Beast, with the dining rooms making you feel like you’re inside the ballroom, West Wing, or art gallery. Recently this spot has only been open for lunch and dinner, with a prix fixe 50th Anniversary-inspired menu. But could that be CHANGING soon? [Read more…]

Magic Kingdom is not exactly known for its dining scene, although you can find some classic treats (like DOLE Whips) and delicious snacks (like Casey’s Corner corn dog nuggets with plastic cheese) inside this park. But when we’re looking for a mind-blowing meal, we usually head over to a nearby resort restaurant, like Steakhouse 71 at Disney’s Contemporary Resort or ‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. We tried a bunch of space food onboard the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, worked our way around the “world” at the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival, and sampled several new snacks in Hollywood Studios for the spring! But we’re not done yet — today we spotted an entree in Magic Kingdom that we hadn’t tried before.
We spotted NEW 50th Anniversary eats in Disney World today, and they might make you reconsider skipping one Magic Kingdom quick service restaurant.
Frontierland Entrance
Normally Magic Kingdom isn’t our favorite park for food. In fact, it’s close to the bottom of the list since the other theme parks have more unique and interesting options.
