It’s finally time for the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts!
This artsy annual staple is back as of today, with delicious eats and enchanting art! Plus, there’s plenty of live entertainment to check out and we’re taking you on a tour!
Radio Disney was such an important part of our childhood!
It’s also been great to listen to this year — which has been a year, to say the least — because it’s always playing positive upbeat music that the entire family can enjoy! [Read more…]
We’ve got some holiday ears, we’ve stocked up on holiday shirts and other merchandise, and we’ve started to make our way through ALL the holiday snacks…all we need now is some holiday music!
Well, thankfully EPCOT has us covered! When we stopped by recently, we were happy to find that JOYFUL! is back and is performing some of our very favorite holiday songs! Ready to sing along? Check out some photos and videos of this fantastic group.
Disney World is always changing, evolving, and growing — even more so lately due to the global health crisis. Although we’ve seen some of our favorite attractions and entertainment returning, some are going away forever.
Live entertainment has also changed throughout the Disney World resort, and we recently learned we’ll soon have to say goodbye to Disney’s Grand Floridian Society Orchestra.
Is it weird that we’re so obsessed with the music in The Haunted Mansion that we kinda wish we could have it on loop for a sound machine?
No? We thought so too! So imagine our DELIGHT when we heard some spookily familiar tunes while walking down Main Street, U.S.A. It’s official: Halloween is upon us! Well, practically.
Earlier this year, it was announced that Splash Mountain in both Disney World and Disneyland would be re-themed to a Princess and the Frog attraction.
Since that announcement, we’ve seen Splash Mountain merchandise flying off the shelves in Disney World (although some was recently restocked). Now, it seems some references to Splash Mountain have disappeared over at Disneyland.
Although Walt Disney World has officially reopened, not all attractions and shows have reopened along with it.
Recently we’ve seen some experiences reopen that were not initially available. Other offerings, however, like the classic live shows at Disney’s Animal Kingdom like Finding Nemo: The Musical and Festival of the Lion King still remain closed. Now, we’ve got some new somewhat balanced news about entertainment offerings at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It seems one show is temporarily going away, but another performance will be temporarily appearing in its place!
More of us are working from home these days, which can bring about some unique challenges in trying to get through the day. Through the magic of YouTube, we’re bringing you music from the Disney parks and movies to keep you entertained while you work from home! You can also search for these songs on Spotify/Apple Music and build your own playlist.
We were inspired by the Dapper Dans’ special performance which got us thinking, what other Disney music can we enjoy while working from home? We found HOURS of Disney music to listen to help get you through your workday! Let the listening party begin!
If you’re striving to have “no worries for the rest of your days,” Animal Kingdom has the dance party for you!
The brand new Hakuna Matata Time Dance Party kicked off today as part of Walt Disney World’s 19 new and limited time experiences in 2019! Huge thanks to @aleyafromdisney for reporting!
Guests can “take a walk on the wild side” during this festival of fun that features Timon and Rafiki from Disney’s “The Lion King,” along with Terk from “Tarzan.” [Read more…]
Join us with a peek into the new restaurants – Carthay Circle Restaurant and 1901 Lounge – on Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure. Slated to open June 15, these venues will offer some very unique dining experiences!
This restaurant transports guests to the opening night of “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” and celebrates Walt Disney’s achievement through a beautiful post-premiere setting inside the Carthay Circle Theatre. Note that all Disney California Adventure guests are welcome to make dining reservations here starting June 15th.
We know the menu here will be California-inspired, upscale dining (think “Hollywood Brown Derby” in Disney World for atmosphere and dress code).
And Chef Andrew Sutton from Napa Rose Restaurant is overseeing the menu development here, so you know it will [Read more…]
