Okay, so we might be a little obsessed with bathrooms in Disney World, but you have to admit that it’s nice to have so many bathrooms available in the parks…and, hey, some of them are REALLY nice.
SLICK new bathroom!
Like we’ll spend all day hanging around the Tangled bathrooms in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom just because of the cool Rapunzel vibes. Well, Magic Kingdom just got a newly updated bathroom, and well, it might now be one of our new favorites.
Not to be weird, but I spend a lot of my time in Disney World bathrooms.

When you visit the parks for your job, you’ll inevitably be exposed to a wide variety of public restroom experiences. I’ve been in pristine, clean bathrooms where I could nearly see my reflection in the floor, and I’ve been in bathrooms strewn with toilet paper and plagued by clogged pipes. Not all Disney World restrooms are created equal, that’s for sure. And recently, I took note of a very awkward toilet trouble that I’m hoping Disney fixes in its new land.
While Walt Disney World may be the “Most Magical Place on Earth”, guests who visit still need to take care of very human needs, including eating, staying hydrated, and… going to the bathroom.

That’s why we’ve assembled lists of the best Disney World bathrooms, and the worst ones! However, there’s one that we often try to avoid at all costs!
Not to alarm you, but there are probably dozens of things that could frighten your kids in Disney World.
Cinderella Castle
I honestly hope that your child is braver than I was, because I, personally? I was a weenie as a kid. I was scared of fur characters (anyone without a human face). I was scared of roller coasters. I was scared of heights. I was scared of It’s Tough to be a Bug (although that one seems pretty valid, tbh). But above all, I was scared of automatic flushing toilets.
Finding a bathroom in EPCOT’s World Showcase can sometimes feel like an adventure you didn’t plan for.
World Showplace Restrooms
Even if you’ve been to Disney World a hundred times, there are still a few things about the bathrooms in this part of the park that feel outdated and inconvenient. EPCOT has been investing in new attractions, dining, and even nighttime spectaculars, but the bathrooms in World Showcase haven’t really gotten the glow-up they deserve. If Disney wants to make the guest experience as smooth as possible, there are a few upgrades that could make a huge difference. Here are the five things EPCOT’s World Showcase bathrooms desperately need.

From all the new attractions to entire land re-themes, it feels like the parks are going to be in a constant state of transformation. But you know what? One of the things that we don’t really think about with all these changes are the bathrooms. We just recently came to grips with the fact that Disney confirmed that they will be permanently closing the Muppets Courtyard bathroom with the re-imagining of the area to the new Monsters, Inc. Land. And now, we’re starting to get a little concerned about another fan-favorite bathroom over in Animal Kingdom. Here’s why.
