So what’s better than cooling down with an ice cream treat? We’ll tell you! Cooling down with Disney princess-themed ice cream treats! We already tried several snacks inspired by the live-action Little Mermaid movie, but today, we’re back with two more ice cream desserts featuring two MORE princesses!
It’s tried and true, and many Magic Kingdom visitors make this food location a must-do on their trip to Disney World.
Can you guess where we’re headed?
It’s the Adventureland Spring Roll Cart! This cart serves up a fan-favorite and iconic Disney World snack: the Cheeseburger Spring Roll. Throughout Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration, visitors had the opportunity to grab the 50th Anniversary Spring Roll, which consisted of pastrami and pepper jack cheese, served with honey mustard to dip. Like many other 50th Anniversary snacks, that pastrami spring roll has disappeared. However, that hole in our hearts has just been filled.
Sometimes snacks at Disney World are so good that you want to get them again and again.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
While there are lots of tasty new options at Disney’s Hollywood Studios to choose from (like the floats inspired by Disney Pixar’s Elemental movie and the limited-time offerings at Indiana Jones Den of Destiny pop-up bar), recently, we decided to snag a few treats that have been at this park for a WHILE now because sometimes you just want a delicious, reliable treat. Why? For science, of course! Also, for YOU, our DFB readers, so we can give you honest reviews on every snack that turns up at Disney World. That’s why we ate the ULTIMATE loaded hot dog, TONS of Flavors of Florida treats, and an EPIC Indiana Jones-themed cake. Well, we’re back at it again with three MORE snacks.
It probably comes as no surprise that our favorite thing about Disney World is, well, the FOOD! We are Disney Food Blog after all.

But, what happens when the Disney World snacks we try happen to be absolutely horrendous? Okay, horrendous might be a strong word, though we’ve had our fair share of not-so-great eats in the parks and hotels this year. It’s time, Dear DFB Reader, to follow us on a journey of the WORST snacks we’ve tried in Disney World this year (and which ones you should get instead.)

Mickey Waffles with our pal, farmer Mickey (And Pluto, Chip, and Dale)! Thankfully, breakfast has returned to one of our favorite character dining spots — Garden Grill. It’s been a few years since breakfast was offered here, and the menu has changed a little bit since we last visited, so I had to check it out!
There are some Disney World restaurants that you have to try at least ONCE.
Homecomin’
Classic spots like Chef Mickey’s or Casey’s Corner come to mind, and if you want to take it up a notch you could even knock Be Our Guest Restaurant or Cinderella’s Royal Table off the list. But if you’re heading to Disney Springs, there’s a place where you can get some delicious comfort food that we’ve RAVED about in the past.
It’s summer, and you know what that means — it’s ice cream season! Okay, well, it’s ALWAYS ice cream season to us, but this is the best time of year to eat cold treats, right?

This is the time of year we’re craving things like Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars, Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches, and Milkshakes. But a NEW milkshake has entered the ring at Disney World, and we think this one could end up reigning supreme!
When it comes to classic quick-service locations in Disney World, it doesn’t get much more iconic than Casey’s Corner.

In fact, DFB readers recently voted it as the BEST quick-service spot in Disney World, so we guess y’all really like those Corn Dog Nuggets, too (with that plastic cheese, of course). But Casey’s offers up some standard hotdogs, too, including a few plant-based options. We’re trying one of those NEW plant-based options now…and well, we have some thoughts.
Picture your favorite summer Disney treat. Got it? We bet something immediately came to mind.

And we also bet it probably didn’t involve eggs, right? Okay. Glad we’re on the same page. Disney sure knows how to celebrate, and right now it’s time to party because we’re officially Halfway to the Holidays — which means a few holiday-themed treats have popped up around the parks. It’s time, Dear DFB Reader, to come on our journey as we drink egg nog just in time for summer.
