The Disney Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure is one of our favorite ways to celebrate the holidays in Disneyland, and we’ve been studying the menus to figure out what we just can’t wait to try. And now, the menus with prices have started popping up at the booths!

Disney just announced all the holiday eats and treats we can expect throughout Disney World parks and hotels, and we can’t wait to dig in! Let’s find out just what we’ll get to try this year.

Treats in the Main Street Confectionary
Just recently, we’ve reviewed Disney’s new hotel bar, the new Starbucks holiday drink in the parks, and the Disney World breakfast spot that has a TACO bar. Now we’re back in Magic Kingdom and are ready for a sugar rush as we try not one, but TWO new sweet treats.
What started as an innocent office debate quickly turned into a passionate, heated contest. In fact, we couldn’t settle the debate on our own. So we brought in reinforcements. Over 3,000 reinforcements. With the help of our readers, our McDonald’s debacle was put to rest. A victor was crowned. Tears were shed. Let’s get into it.
Ba Da Ba Ba Bah…
Actually, let’s back up for a moment first. This all started when the new Disney 100th Anniversary Happy Meal collection first launched. McDonald’s announced that it would release 62 Disney-themed Happy Meal toys, and the obsessive Disney collector gene inside us decided to take this as a personal challenge to collect them all. So, we started ordering Happy Meals. Lots, and lots, and lots of Happy Meals. And it got us thinking: when you order McDonald’s, are you team cheeseburger or team chicken nuggets? From there, a debate was born.
The holiday season has invaded Disney World, and we don’t mind one bit.
It’s CHRISTMAS!
We’re already enjoying the festive decorations in the parks. Holiday merchandise is literally EVERYWHERE. We’re ready to try out ALL the holiday treats (which we’re waiting on, Disney!). Speaking of treats, a NEW one just arrived in Magic Kingdom.
We eat a lot of snacks in Disney World…and we mean a LOT.

But we still get excited when we spot something new on a menu in Disney World, and this week, we found a new addition at Columbia Harbour House in Magic Kingdom. Come along with us to try it out!

Now, we’ve already seen the holiday decorations going up in Magic Kingdom. We’ve also seen a TON of holiday merchandise in stores. We’re SO ready for the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party — and all the food we’ll eat there. We’re also excited about the Disney World hotel gingerbread displays and we just got a big UPDATE about those.

Yep, Halloween is over, the holiday decorations are out, and we’ve been listening to Mariah Carey all day long. We’ve been looking forward to this day for a WHOLE year, and it’s finally arrived. Today, the Starbucks holiday drinks and snacks are officially available, including in Disney World. So we’re trying one of the NEW holiday drinks, as well as an old favorite snack. Deck the halls, y’all!
We’re heading into the holiday season in Disney World and Disneyland Resort, so we’re feeling pumped about all the celebrations!
