Disney has added/announced some new hotels recently, with the newest being Disney’s Riviera Resort. At least, the Riviera was the newest as of yesterday…because today there’s a NEW hotel that’s open in Disney World!
The Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic kicks off this Friday in Disney World.
This festival has more than 20 food stations and over 100 drink options to choose from. You can get tickets for $165 per person, which include unlimited tastings of all the delicious snacks, treats, and drinks. We’ve always loved traveling on the Friendship Boats on Crescent Lake that stop at EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Boardwalk Resort, Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, and the Swan and Dolphin Hotels. There’s just something so leisurely and relaxing about riding a boat around Disney World.
After Disney World’s reopening, the Friendship Boats were supposed to resume running again on July 29th. However, that didn’t happen, and until recently, the boats have not been seen at all.
While a number of Disney-owned hotels prepare ready to welcome resort guests back that same day, many guests are looking forward to the moment they are able to step back into the Disney World parks. In order to reduce its capacity, Disney has released its new theme park reservation system as a way to limit the amount of guests in a park at a time.
